I had the best experience at the MAC store thanks to Ally, the store manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — from helping me find the perfect products to giving honest, professional advice that really showed her expertise. Ally was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. The customer service was outstanding, and the whole experience felt welcoming and stress-free. This is exactly the level of service that keeps customers coming back. Huge thanks to Ally for such amazing service!

Unfortunately, it’s the only store in downtown now.
Giving two stars solely because the one visit handled by the manager was great.

Everyone here is so helpful and nice and they’re all in a good mood. I got my makeup done by Jordan for a Christmas party and she understood the assignment perfectly and did an amazing job and was super careful and always checked in. The other ladies walking around would also stop by to compliment us. Highly recommend! Went to party friend said “your makeup looks so good! better than mine that was done for my wedding”

My friend and I came by to check out the lip erase yesterday (12/02). We were helped by one of the managers and she was so awesome! I’m so sorry I forgot her name but my friend and I loved and really appreciated her knowledge. You know who you are!! We’re artists at a competitor that sells Mac products and she gave us a ton of tips and tricks for us to use with our clients. She got us super excited about some products and made us feel super comfortable. Thank you! I’m definitely going to use some more MAC with my clients because of her!

I have been a loyal MAC customer for a long time. Over the past two days, I made purchases at MAC, and it really made me miss the MAC stores in Montreal. The staff there were always very welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and I always felt good while shopping.
Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience at this location. I left feeling disappointed, to the point that I decided I will no longer return to this store. For me, part of shopping is enjoying the experience and feeling happy, and I didn’t feel that here.

My boyfriend buys me a ton of make up as a surprise but the colors are all wrong for my skin tone.
He’s not the type to open an account and didn’t save the receipts… brand new never opened and nothing was offered to help. I’ll NEVER BUY A THING HERE. The ladies were useless… what a joke!
I’ll keep telling everyone!

Claudette provided hands down the most warm, genuine and comforting service I’ve ever experienced!! She made an average errand feel like a day with your bestie!!!
