Incredibly disappointed with the customer service from the female manager (name started with an A, possibly Anna) at this location. My partner found a vest that had a sale sticker on it for $30. When we went to pay for our items we were told that a manager would have to approve the price since it wasn’t coming up for that price in the system. The manager came over and took the vest and removed the sale sticker and said that it was wrong and we wouldn’t be allowed to purchase the item. The manager made it seem like we had somehow added this sale sticker, rather than an employee. My partner and I have always shopped at marks but this has seriously soured our view of the store since this lack of customer service came from the manager. What was the cherry on top of bad customer service was that she said that if the pricing mistake was for $20 more then she maybe would have honoured it but not for the price that was listed on the item. She never once offered to give us the vest with any discount and just said it was a mistake took the price sticker off and walked away. I have never received this kind of customer service from Marks before and I hope that this manager receives some training for customer service. I will think twice again before I buy from Marks.

I always get my safety shoes from this location. The staff are very polite and helpful especially thanks to Ana for helping me to find the right shoes with patience.

I came to this Mark’s location based on the posted hours, which clearly show the store is open until 9:00 p.m. on Thursdays. I arrived around 8:25 p.m., as shown in my screenshots, but the store was already closed. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.
As I have an important event to attend tomorrow, I rushed here right after work specifically to pick up shoes. Because the store hours were listed inaccurately, it ended up wasting both my time and my efforts.
I drove all the way from UBC, and on top of that, the employees inside didn’t seem to care at all that a customer was clearly in a hurry or trying to get assistance before closing. Mistakes like this may seem small to the staff and management, but they have real consequences for customers.
I have no issues with Mark’s as a company, but the management and staff at this location need to take responsibility and ensure their information and customer service are accurate and reliable. Very disappointing experience.

Aakritee was our cashier and was super patient with us. She let us take our time to join the Triangle rewards program on our phone and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to use our rewards on our purchase! Super helpful and kind. Thanks Aakritee!

Ana went above and beyond to make sure our 3rd trip to their store for something that we purchased a week ago which had some issue becomes fruitful. I also work in retail and sometimes making your customers happy and acknowledging the unprecedented circumstances is the least thing you can do.

Hiring people who have no experience or interest in workwear outfitters is frustrating. I don’t have time to do 2 hours of research on all the different products. I want to talk to someone who can get me what I need to be confortable at work.

Although this is one of the smaller marks but it's surprisingly busy. I've been here multiple times to grab different items and the staff have been great. Marzieh helped me a ton, I asked her multiple questions to find the right size pants and she was very friendly and patient throughout my shopping experience.

I had a very frustrating experience at Mark’s Warehouse. Their system was not accepting my address, and instead of acknowledging that the issue was with their system, I kept being told to re-enter it. When I explained that this wasn’t my problem, the manager simply shrugged, said “I don’t know,” and walked away. A manager should be able to offer suggestions and ensure the customer is looked after — including making sure the discount is applied — rather than leaving us to struggle with the system a second time.
When I suggested they report the system issue, I was told they were “able to” use it, which didn’t address the problem at all.
The only positive part of this experience was the cashier, who went above and beyond to make sure I still received my discount despite the system issue. Unfortunately, the manager’s lack of professionalism and accountability left a very negative impression.

The best work gear shop and also the best marks store I had been so far. Special thanks to Asvat and Irina, they were so helpful and patient, helped me get my work pant and tried so hard to get discount for me. Definitely the best place to get your work gears.
