I had a great experience at Marshalls last Sunday (Nov 2, 2025) afternoon around 4:00 PM. I came in with a question about an item I purchased the day before, and Paresh, who was wearing a black-and-white checkered shirt, helped me with the return and exchange process. He was very patient, detail-oriented, and proactive in offering solutions.
One thing that really stood out was the smiley face he had drawn on his glove, such a small but thoughtful touch that made customers smile when he handed them their receipts!
The manager and other staff at this store were also very supportive and helpful. I truly appreciate their time and excellent service.
Thank you! I always enjoy shopping at this location and can always find something I love. :)

Marshalls offers great bargains and good quality items, from clothing to home goods. Selection changes often, so sizes may not always be available, but the variety and prices make it worth the visit.

The store itself looks nice. However, my experience with the manager, Alma, was extremely disappointing. When my family and I asked simple questions as customers, she was dismissive and spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner. It felt like she was trying to rush us out, even though the store wasn’t busy at the time. This is not the level of professionalism or courtesy we expect when shopping. I hope the store addresses this, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise pleasant environment.

Staff are so kind at this location and I was surprised at some hidden gem items I found here compared to other locations. I really enjoyed shopping at this location, if only it was closer, I would be here weekly!

I love going to Marshall’s and this one is one the nicest ones!!! They have higher end clothes, it was nice and clean and lots of parking!!! 20 minutes drive from Ladner snd it was worth the drive!
