I brought my GLE Coupe AMG53 for its Service B to Boundary Mercedes. After it was ready, I went to pick it up outside the repair section and noticed damage to the front right rim, along with some small marks on the bumper. I immediately went inside to speak with the repair manager, but he had left. I sent him a message with attached pictures, but since it was Friday evening, he didn't reply until Monday morning. Surprisingly, he claimed it is 4-5 days after they repaired my car and it couldn't have happened at the dealership because there are no curbs (cant believe there is nothing in that big area which can damage the rim), and the damage appeared after they washed the car (thanks to this supplementary service); short story: I am lying! I responded, pointing out the fresh damage and visible metal parts on the rim. I don't have curbs in my parking, and no one else drives the car. I am certain this happened at the dealership. Sadly, the manager treated me as if I were seeking charity, insinuating I was begging for something I didn't deserve. For a loyal customer with a $200k car, this behavior felt like I was being treated as if I were asking for a favor.I chose Boundary over two other dealerships near my house, expecting professional service befitting the Mercedes brand. As a long-time loyal Mercedes customer, I had only one similar experience in decades, which was handled very professionally. This time, I was surprised and disappointed, as I didn't expect to pay for a German brand and be treated like I was dealing with a lower-quality brand.I am not upset about the rim (it can be fixed), what saddens me is my loyalty and passion for my beloved brand, which cannot be fixed.I will definitely avoid Boundary in the future, and I hope I would never go there.To future customers: If you have the option to choose another branch, go for it and avoid Boundary. Also, be extremely cautious about what you give and what you receive. Check everything to prevent being treated as if you are looking for little importance favour.

I would like to thank Ronald from the service department for his customer service adaptability in meeting my vehicle needs. He was right to the point and only did what was requested. Secondly, I would like to mention his follows ups even after the work was completed is greatly appreciated! Great job and keep up the good work. I would also like to mention Andre in finance for having such a positive attitude when I purchased the A220 as well as the service manager for helping out with a concern I had last year.

If you are looking for dedicated, efficient and personable service, ask for the client sales representative Matthew Chong at Mercedes-Benz Boundary.He dedicates the time to clients and does not play around. I requested information on the vehicle I was interested in and he responded to my inquiry very quickly. He had anticipated finding answers to my questions in a couple days but contacted me in the evening to provide me with the answers I sought. His quick response time was appreciated. To be clear, I did not have the same experience at other dealerships. Engaging with a client sales representative that is not only knowledgeable and personable makes the buying experience that much better. I explained to him that I did not want to haggle and sought the best price. He did not beat around the bush. He came with a very reasonable offer and I was happy we were able to reach a mutual agreement. This experience was the epitome of what true client service should be when a person is spending a significant amount on a vehicle. He is a gem.I wish to also mention the finance manager who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at her job.In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz Boundary to any person who is on the hunt for a new vehicle. Ask for Matthew Chong and you will undoubtedly be treated courteously. He will also respect your time. In my opinion, these are priceless attributes. The company is lucky to have him.Monica

Had a fantastic experience at MB Boundary. I bought my Sprinter there a while back and needed some service. Leon Cruz helped me out and had awesome customer service and took care of all my questions. They got it back to me ahead of schedule too which was a nice surprise and even washed the van. Thanks again!!
