Nice apartment and staff. Would recommend anyone looking to stay in downtown. Lots of good places to eat nearby.

I lived here for 5.5 years and it was a consistently great experience. It's clean, well maintained, the units are nice, and any fixes/service requests were typically completed within a day or so.If you're looking for a nice downtown unit then this is a great place to rent!

Easy to schedule move-in date and to set up the elevator for move-in day. The app is great. The location is perfect and feels like a very safe, secure and friendly building. Excited to live here. Just a few details about our apartment that need fixing, but maintenance is quick to respond.
