Had the oil filter housing replaced for my 2010 Mini, and couldn't have asked for better service. Along with great pricing, James explained all the relevant issues in detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who owns a Mini!

James is so friendly and knowledgeable. My MINI had an oil leak issue that had been ongoing for more than a year. The dealer quoted me approximately $3,000 for replacing the oil housing. Over the past 10 months, the oil leak has become more serious; I had to refill almost 4L of oil, but the warning light remained on. I called James for a quote for the oil housing. He patiently listened to my situation. He was concerned that it was another issue that caused the oil leak. I brought my MINI to James, and he diagnosed that it was the sensor's malfunction. He charged me less than $300, including tax, to replace the sensor, and the extra time for cleaning up the oil that was spilled all over. Now I do not need to replace the oil housing because it is not relevant to the oil leak issue. I am glad that I found someone whom I can trust.

I rarely give reviews but have been going to James and Joy’s Mini Works Autoshop for our mini cooper paceman. And it’s so rare to find a car shop that’s so honest, personable, and not greedy. Never found any other autowork that can give a better price than he does.

As a gear head I cannot be more grateful for the great job they did. I was super happy to take my car to Mini Works. They provided a fair quote and were really knowledgable, professional and provided great customer service. From now on I will be taking my mini here and nowhere else!

Hello Google, where is the 10-star button? Recently serviced my 2016 3-door, called 2-weeks in advance to secure a service time, initially looking for brake pad change, but found multiple problems (as expected), James just dealt with them all with efficiency (same-day pickup as promised), budget (a fraction of the dealership $ or even Canadian Tires rip-offs - don't do it). To top it off, his genuine passion about his work, is a rare-find.
Leaving this 10-star review one week after service, OMG this little beast can GO! I trust I can enjoy my cute little ride for much longer. Thank you Mini Works!
