Very quick and easy. No line and they were accommodating and let me borrow some tape to close my package. Good place to go.

Very bad customer service, the owner not caring about his customers at all. I have used their services many times and every time hoped for a better services but they get worse and worse. I think Canada post should ask them for a better customer services and better services generally. Very disappointed.
