  Such an amazing store, I love supporting Indigenous artists and there are so many lovely items to choose from Native Northwest. Their customer service is absolutely amazing!! I had a couple questions about my order and they replied back super fast and were polite and kind. I will definitely be making future orders.

  I spoke with Elizabeth in Customer Service today and was so impressed with how helpful and friendly she is. Elizabeth found all of the info I required and got it to me in mere minutes! The service I received was top notch and definitely a 5 star experience.

  Really disappointed with this company for their poor customer service. They refused to replace a broken product I purchased just 2 months ago, then tell me it’s been discontinued “for quite some time now” despite being sold in gift shops today! Literally told me to buy my own replacement piece off Amazon if I could figure it out. Do not recommend buying any of their products which some are sold at provincial campground gift shops. They didn’t even bother to offer to replace the product. Very disappointed. We spend money trying to support local businesses and this is the customer service we get. May as well just keep spending money on stuff from China. Thanks a lot Native Northwest.

  Always buy my orange tshirts for my family here. Was there this week to pick up my order and there was an error in my order. supervisor Todd helped me out and great customer service to find a replacement T-shirt and also gifted a cool orange wristband. I appreciated his help, so much so I went to the store and bought a bunch more stuff.

  I purchased a lovely little travel mug with the cork bottom around the beginning of February when I was visiting Vancouver. A month or so after getting home from this trip, the sliding part of the lid was not working right any more. I contacted the customer support and the ladies who responded to my emails (Michelle and Elizabeth) were super friendly, helpful, and informative when it came to getting a replacement lid. Thanks ladies for the great customer service! :)

  So disappointed! I have this beautifully designed card holder . All native art on it etc but when I opened it, there’s a sticker “made in China”! Is there no native or even Canadian makers who can do it? What a rip off! Advertising and supporting local! Beyond disappointing
