There’s always got to be one person who makes an otherwise lovely shopping experience terrible. I was interested in the top out of a violet activewear pants/top set, which is on a small rack one color and style only that says on sale for $18. I guess only the pants were on sale. That’s a bit disappointing and misleading, there are only two items on the rack, pants and shirt. 50% of the items are on sale. I still headed to the cash register to buy the shirt but expressed some disappointment while paying. Didn’t need the “it’s pretty clear” sarcasm from the man at the teller. Had a lovely and super helpful interaction with the lady running change rooms, your shop didn’t have the basic cami in stock right that I came in for but she helped me find what I needed and was super nice. Security was really nice too. Love my new top I didn’t plan to buy it’s adorable just wish this one guy didn’t sour the experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My friend was falsely accused of shoplifting by their security. She went into the store to exchange the size of a shirt she bought for her son. Took the shirt out she originally bought to compare sizes/colors and put it back into the bag while walking up to the cash with the new one, receipt in hand. Was stopped by security who forced her to the back room and would not let her leave. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with her either, while she was extremely anxious of being falsely reprimanded. VPD got involved and reviewed video while I waited outside and they wouldn’t let me speak to them. VPD ruled she was NOT shoplifting and we were forced out of the store by security even though we did nothing wrong.
A completely disgusting and demeaning experience towards two women who literally work down the street from this store. The security here are horrible human beings who didn’t even offer an apology - they need to get off their high horse and get re-trained if that is how they handle things in their store. I’m baffled by this experience and mortified that this happened to my friend, who had trouble conducting herself for a few days at our workplace. After contacting Old Navy we were offered a measly apology. If you’re going to shop at Old Navy, at least go to another location so you aren’t wrongly accused as well by their incompetent staff.

I ordered an Old Navy hoodie online, but they sent me a completely different item—a GAP sweater that I never bought. I went to the Old Navy store on Robson to fix the problem, and the supervisor Rohit was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t even look at my order, and just said it “wasn’t his problem” because GAP was a different brand—even though they’re part of the same company.
The hoodie I actually ordered was in the men’s section, but he refused to help. Terrible experience and unacceptable customer service. Additionally, he said that I had to solve the problem.

I had such a wonderful experience at Old Navy today! At the register, Fernando was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—he made the checkout process quick and easy while keeping such a positive attitude. The quality at Old Navy is always the best for the price, and I really appreciate the constant discounts and Super Cash events that make shopping here even better. Fernando’s kindness, combined with the great value Old Navy always offers, made my visit an absolute pleasure.

The cashier who helped me process my return was very helpful & nice. Please make sure this positive review gets sent to his manager. I don't recall his name but I think he was bald and had glasses. This was on July.20th at around 4PM PT. Thanks!

Great prices and huge variety of clothes. I really enjoyed shopping here but I think some parts are stitched a bit off so it looks weird. Lots of designs tho so I would still recommend a visit.
