I support shopping at Old Navy, great prices, good amount of staff support, however with all due respect, please have your front line cashiers speak in english to each other when talking to other co workers, especially at the tills, specifically when they are helping ring through a customer. I support diversity. However , just for the sake of everyone, kindly remember you are hired to work in an english speaking environment. your private conversations can wait until you are on your break or not in front of massive lines of people.

Omg I love this place. What you’ve becoming in the last year is so amazing. My favorite is the new 90s fleeces. I got the burgundy one. Prime location for new items and I’m sure a more consistent stock of it too— I am sucker for the huge clearance section at some of the other locations. The clearance here is picked over, and quite often too, given its location.

I think if I was helped by Gerard the entire time I would have said 5 stars. I say 4/5 because I wanted to make a return and exchange in store of items I purchased online. I got the wrong size, my mistake. The return went smoothly. When it came to the exchanges, the lady that was helping me said their exchange policy is to return and re-purchase. The store price was not the same as the price I purchased it online. She did not offer to price match even though she saw my receipt and the items multiple times.
While she was nice and patient, I thought it was odd that the exchange policy is not much of an exchange but a return. It did not specify that in the online return and exchange policy, so I spoke to the chat clerk on the website and they told me about price matching and that I could return to the store to get the items price matched.
When I returned to the store, Gerard took care of it quickly and kindly. I really appreciated his patience and helpfulness. Gerard is the type of retail worker I hope to encounter. I prefer to shop online because of too many bad experiences, but I would return to this Old Navy because of people like Gerard.
