Unfortunately, my car got rear ended, and the rear quarter panel was removed and replaced with a new one. The biggest issue was one of their repair technicians applied sealant that’s unpresentable looking on the new quarter panel (it could have been restored back to pre collision condition), but the repair technician chose NOT to, using “potential rusting issue” as an excuse unwilling to restore back to the original condition. The representative from the body shop was claiming that they “were following the manufacturer procedures”. Unfortunately, it was not the case. As I have consulted with a number different ICBC accredited body shops, it just needed extra hours to restore back properly , rather than rushing to get the work done and handed back to the owner.

I recently had my Model Y windshield replaced here through ICBC, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, helpful, and clearly experienced with Tesla vehicles. The replacement was done quickly with OEM glass and the fit and finish look perfect, no issues with sensors or cameras after the install. They also handled all the ICBC paperwork smoothly, which made the whole process completely hassle-free.

A city bus side swiped my Mercedes and removed the mirror as well as damaged the left rear fender. I was referred to Penney Auto by a very satisfied friend, and I was totally impressed with the service they provided compared to all others I have experienced.

I highly recommend penney auto body & glass. They are very hands on and very polite, look for daryll he will assist you. And after fixing my MPV i left it really dirty inside and out when i got it back it’s super clean inside and out. The damage is gone 👍

Repair auto jobs cost more than $10000.00 up but turn out not doing a good job for my Tesla car! Sound like pretty rush to repair and mess! Not clean my car and returned!poor service just say sorry for not doing anything to follow!I am not recommended everyone go for service for this auto shop!

Penney Auto did a fantastic job on the repair of my 2014 CR-V. The repairs were completed quickly within 2 days of dropping off vehicle. I dealt with Daryl who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again.
