I went into Phonebox for a SIM card and spoke with Yuki - she was very personable and knowledgeable! If you need an affordable sim for your phone while in Vancouver, get with Yuki at Phonebox on Seymour.

Stay safe!. Worst phone company ever...real scammers. The way they calculate data overcharges is totally ridiculous. I have had a bad experience with this company. I don’t always write reviews but am doing this to help innocent people like me who might be exploited in the future. Firstly the company is not widely known and do stuffs in low key. There customer service skills is zero. You end up talking for hours and not get anything done for you. There network is the poorest...I blamed my phone couple times for the poor connection...not late that i realized it’s wasn’t the phone but father the carrier. My brother and mom switched to Bell couple month ago after they had this bad issue...not it’s my turn. Be warned. Am not getting paid to write this review but i don’t actually want people like me to suffer and go through iwhat am going right nw. I will keep posting this. Lemme know if this helps.

I needed to change to a new cell phone, but the eSIM connection I was using was still not working, so I had to visit the phone box. Anna was very kind and responded, so I was able to connect it right away and am using it well!! It was easy to communicate because he was Korean. He is also good at Japanese, so it wouldn't be a problem if Japanese people came :)
