Always quick to fill my prescriptions and, when one has expired, Safou will go to the trouble of contacting the physician to obtain a renewal via fax. He gets a faster response than I am able to obtain. That is exemplary service.

I had a slight cold. Showed up in dress clothes. I was followed around the store like a criminal by the shop keepers being repeatedly asked what I was looking for. All I needed was some Advil. When I found it, when checking out I was overcharged. When I looked up the price of advil at London drugs I found out I could get twice as many pills for half the price. Definitely will not be returning to this pharmacy, even though it's right down the street.

Price gauging at its best. At least compare your prices to the Pharmacies down the street at least. 14 dollars for a bottle of Tylenol that's 4 bucks cheaper down the street. Do your selves a favor and walk down to Sasamat or Discovery and get better prices.

Great store not only is there a pharmacy but also amazing gifts section for babies and adults. The prices are reasonable too. Can get a lot of your holiday shopping done here.

I found out when I got home and looked it up again. A bottle of Vitamin D normally costs $6.99-10. But this one charged me 18.99. I will not buy anything here in the future.

Really some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met! Dropped by just to get a few things, though couldn’t find the particular item I was looking for. The lady mentioned she saw me browsing and offered to get the exact kind shipped in if I needed it. It wasn’t anything urgent but it was still a really nice gesture!

Wow! It has been a long time since I received customer care like I did today at Point Grey Pharmacy. The pharmacist was so kind and welcoming. He filled my prescription and then came out to find me as I as browsing through their wonderful gift/home section. He then took his time to thoroughly explain how I was to use the product that he prepared for me. I have shopped there before as they have wonderful gift ideas and decided to go to the pharmacy today as each time I was previously in, I couldn’t believe the customer care I heard from the pharmacist. The world needs more of this kind of genuine kindness and care. Made my day! The lady at the front was equally as lovely as well! I am going to tell all of my friends to head to this wonderful pharmacy!
