“When I first set up my business, I used to visit for dropping off parcels all the time. I really don’t understand some of the reviews, all clerks especially a lady named Tess are outstanding! Quick, professional service. I’ve had to go to several Canada Post offices in the area including the one across the street on Pine and the one in LD on West Broadway and in comparison this shopper’s location is by far the most efficient. You really won’t appreciate these guys’ dedication until you have to visit other locations. We’re losing sight of what’s important in services and that’s efficiency and getting the job done. If they’re busy, they’re busy and you have to wait! This shouldn’t reflect on their clerks but rather Canada Post for being understaffed.”
