Went in to poke around and check everything out and even though the manager could probably tell my gf and I weren’t going to be a high ticket sale she was so friendly and told us about the candles and products we were looking at. Very nice vibe and welcoming store. I shall return when I’m flush with cash one day! :)

Stunning shop with beautifully curated things for the home. I had design clients that fell in love with a few pieces after a first time shop visit. I was so pleased to receive such excellent care from both Deanna & David. Everything from beginning to start, email correspondence and follow up was top notch.

We were gifted an item from this store for our wedding. The gift was given by someone that could not make our wedding and therefore we did not receive the item until a while after our actual wedding (past the time to exchange which is 30 days). We do not live close to this store so I called before heading there to see if we could exchange the item for the exact same one in a different colour to match our home decor and I was told it shouldn’t be an issue only to have the general manager call me back a couple days later to say they wouldn’t allow it as they are a small business. I understand this was well beyond the exchange time frame but the situation was a bit out of our control, the item is in its original packaging and they still sell the exact same item in both colours. I appreciate the 10% discount offered to purchase a new item but this is not a store I can regularly afford!

As an interior designer this store makes sourcing a pleasure. With so many high quality pieces to choose from it’s hard not to find something to love.This past week I sourced many pieces for a clients bedroom reveal. The accessories added so much depth, interest & gave the feeling of having been curated over time.The staff was also very helpful, accommodating & flexible. I needed to swap a few things out & select a few alternatives which they made easy.My client is now in love with her bedroom & I’m so happy with the completed look!Lindsay

The best home accessory store in Vancouver by far. A great selection of one of a kind and handmade accessories for your home. An excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We would highly recommend this store.

I've never written a google review before but felt the need to for my experience at Provide. I was extremely excited to visit the store as I had seen beautiful ceramics on their social media. I went in and the staff didn't acknowledge my being there which was no problem at all initially. Then another person came in and they were all over her, I thought she may be a regular which is fine, however the staff asked her if it was her first time there and if she needed help to let them know. I found it a little odd as no one had acknowledged me, but carried on looking at things. During this time nobody asked if I needed any help etc. Another person came in, and same thing- they were all over her. At this point I wonder what's the difference. The only difference seeable to the eye was that I am Brown and they were Caucasian. I absolutely hate jumping to this in my head, but when you are treated so differently than others you tend to wonder what is wrong with you where you are not getting the same treatment. I picked up a beautiful bowl (the items in store are beautiful) to check the price and was told to be careful, yet the other two shoppers were picking up numerous things and nothing was said to them. I went in with an intention to do some serious damage to my wallet, and left after experiencing obvious prejudice. I went online and found similar items from the artists and purchased them. All together I spent $3458 from other stores which this store lost that day due to their racism.I hope other people reading this consider this when shopping here. I still feel upset about this as I love shopping and exploring new places, but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Any experience of being 'othered' is not a good feeling and you remember it.
