I love this place and always purchase my own custom tea mix here. However, the atmosphere feels a bit more personal rather than customer-focused. I’ve noticed that the staff often sit on the sofa chatting, creating an impression that they are more engaged in conversation than attending to customers.

Quidditas is great for zero waste. I refill my soaps and tea blends there. It's great to try out new herbs because they have a massive selection. Good prices too.
I'm glad the drive has a place for these items.
