Ordered online from Toronto and had a great experience with the staff. They answered all my questions when I called in asking about restocking of paddles. When one of the items I purchased was found to not be in stock they connected with me right away to make a plan. They even threw in a couple of free balls for the trouble. Will def be ordering from them again!!

Had a weird experience with customer service.
The store was busy, and an Asian woman (employee, maybe manager) decided to scold the male employee for helping me when others were waiting longer.
It was a weird power move / flex that showed a lack of plan for when it’s busy, and a complete lack of professionalism dealing with personnel issues in front of customers.
Beyond that, good experience.

I recently brought my Mom to see if they could help her find a shoe that didn't bother her arthritis. They were so knowledgeable about the type of shoe someone with arthritis needed, and helped find the perfect pair of shoes to help her regain her mobility. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend the folks here if you have foot pain and need guidance in the perfect shoe for you.

I bought a pair of shoes from Rackets and Runners online after my initial pair of gumsoled court shoes wore out. I was a fan of their YouTube channel and trusted that they knew what they were talking about and carry products they believed in. In short, these shoes are fantastic, but the most impressive part of this purchase though was the hand written thank you note included with the package. I could have ordered shoes from any big anonymous corporation, but the note was a heartfelt reminder that there are still customer focused companies run by great people. I'll be buying more gear from them going forward.
