Poor service. Came in when it wasn't busy at all. Asked for help with two items. Found out later that I was upsold on the first item without my consent, and for the second item, when he said he couldn't help me, it was actually a simple thing to do on the RBC website.

This place is nice, but one of the staff is quite rush towards the customers. He didn't really have a sense of professiones and let me wait for 20 mins for fixing a mistake he made while he was calling the other guy. Why he is here not serving the customer but for calling!?

Turns out there's a super cool student lounge space that I never knew existed in the Nest. Clean, well-lit with a lot of comfy seats. Perfect for group work, studying, and meetings.
The assistant manager Emmanuel is really friendly, helpful, and made sure it was a pleasure to use the space. Highly recommend this.

Emanuel, the assistant manager, is such a wonderful person, both as an individual and a professional. He is super easy to talk to, always willing to help, and always looking for feedback to improve and grow this location. I will definitely be visiting this location again for all kinds of services and workshops!
