Love love RC clothing and the brand, have been a happy customer for years, this store even replaced two t shirts I had for free when I showed them some of the holes that had developed in them.
The staff are passionate about the products they are selling.

The brand has gone downhill quality wise. The first reigning champ shirt and sweat pants I have bought have outlived all the rest. 50 plus items. The new stuff is garbage. Go back to the old material. Not buying it anymore

Seems like the staff are only interested in helping white people. The guy with the Afro went ahead and helped a guy who came in just before we left the store, instead of us. We were looking for a size and he completely ignored us. From other reviews, customer service is their weakest point. Please train your staff better.

I bought the flatback hoodie and henley and realizing the fit and quality is completely different. Is this standard to have pieces within the same collection made to different quality standards? Making bad things worse their customer service team continue to share false information about why they ghosted me and did not respond to my situation from Thursday to Monday.I am no longer shopping this brand as many others would be happy to have my business.

Been to the Robson store many times and I find the team friendly and helpful.I like the made-in-Vancouver, high-quality and classic design of RC. Over the past several months I’ve made several purchases*, many of which were ordered online as there’s more variety than in store. *I’ve also dropped some not-so-subtle hints that my preferred birthday and holiday gifts might be found @ RC ?

Great quality hoodies that feel amazing, and great customer service. I had to swap out for a size smaller and RC was responsive and helpful, made it super easy. Would highly recommend

First of all, this is the rating for this storefront only. The quality of Reigning Champ is top-notch, if not the best.The staff in this store doesn't seem particularly helpful at all. It seems they are totally uninterested in solving my questions and concerns about the product. I hope RC can make their customer experience as good as their product quality :)

Limited selection of colourways, unmotivated and unhelpful staff, limited sizes. Shame because RC has great products not sure why they make zero effort with this store. Location on 4th Ave has better selection, more sizes, and staff a bit more engaged.

Actually want to like the brand but it’s just so uninspired. Black Friday Sale plastered all over the front of their shopfront then you go in there and it’s the smallest part of a row at the front. The sales staff working there are so apathetic as well. Doesn’t make you want to spend the expensive prices for their clothes.

The worst shopping experience ever
