I didn’t expect to receive this level of attention and support from John. I visited this location twice, including returning a product I had purchased by mistake, and even though I had to bug him about it, he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
John was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he really helped me figure out exactly what service I needed. I was struggling because my building in Gastown is very old, and the outdated connectors made it impossible to get reliable cable internet.
John suggested the Rogers 5G Ethernet solution, and now I have it connected directly to my PC. The difference is night and day — I’m getting 434.8 Mbps download speed, gaming runs very smoothly, and I’m paying the same price I was paying before with way worse service.
The Nokia D72 works perfectly on my system and handles multitasking without any issues. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to John and the rest of the team. Huge thanks to them highly recommend.
I truly recommend this Rogers location (601 Robson street) to anyone looking for SIM card or internet services. The team here is amazing—John and Nafas are absolutely rocking it. Thanks again!

5 out of 5 for John. He’s fantastic. I visited there with my aunt to review phone plans, Wi-Fi installation options, and Rogers Mastercard benefits. John walked us through every item patiently, clearly explaining all benefits and associated fees with full transparency. His professionalism did make the entire process smooth and stressfree. Highly recommend! he’s the best.

I recently switched from Telus to Fido, got a new device with Patrick and Raghav's help, and I can’t recommend them enough! They are an incredible team that goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel like friends, not just transactions. They were super helpful, genuine, and sincere, always focused on finding solutions instead of just pushing a sale. It’s rare to come across customer service like theirs. Honestly, I’d even recommend switching to Rogers/Fido just to get the privilege of being helped by them. Truly top-notch service! Highly recommend!

I visited this store to purchase a mobile phone and internet services. There was a very kind and patient lady named Nafas who helped me. She answered all my questions about my phone with great patience. I noticed that she treated every customer with respect, kindness, and a very positive attitude.
