Julia and Anna are amazing! I came in with a user issue and they were extremely patient and informative. They helped me learn how to properly use my diffuser, and were so kind and pleasant the entire time, even though it was my mistake! Amazing service and a safe environment :)

big saje fan. happen to walk by the store today and noticed a very pleasant and natural aroma. walked a couple more doors down and one could help but recognize the manufactured & synthetic (eww) perfume. the nose recognizes the difference. nice work saje!

Saje has great products, but unfortunately I had a bad experience in Kits. They treated me badly and kept rushing me out of the store.

I bought an oil essence kit and the blends they made are wonderful. The customer service rep could try be a tad more friendly. Especially with the masks we have to wear these days, we can’t see facial expressions so they have to be compensated for in other ways.

The products are very nice, expensive, but nice. The service during COVID has changed. It feels like you are rushed to get out of there. Which I understand, but at the same time if someone is going to buy a lot of things, you might want them to take their time.
