The teachers were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about each student’s success. The classes were engaging and helped me improve my speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills significantly. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed support.

One of the best parts of my experience was meeting students from all over the world and learning about different cultures. The school also organized fun activities and events, which made it easy to make friends and practice English outside the classroom.

“I have had the opportunity to take the Cake Decorating course, as well as the 2 day Asian Breads and Pastries workshop. Both of the courses were so much fun, and I learned so much. Marco is the owner (along side his wife) and instructor of the Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver. Marco not only very knowledgeable, but a skilled artisan. He has traveled the world in this trade, which is evident in the courses he offers.
The courses are very hands on. Marco not only explains what to do, he demonstrates each step and talks about why it is important to do the methods specific ways. He also understands that no kitchen appliance is the same and explains that in his demonstrations.
My favourite part of his classes is how much baking you get to do and all of the amazing creations you get to bring home. And the best part is, you made every part of the dish.
Courses are typically offered in weekly sessions, but on occasion there are mini sessions like the Asian Breads and Pastries workshop. There are morning and evening courses. They can be completed in the Grand program, or you can do what I do and sign up for the classes one grouping at a time as it works with my schedule.
I look forward to signing up for more of his classes and hope to take as many as possible.

“Such a fantastic place for little ones with lots of energy to burn. The unlimited membership is a great deal if you go often. Bedtime has been so much easier since we started coming because our little one could burn off excess energy. Lovely teachers and clean facility.”
