Came for birthday gift pickup. They ran out of everything. Since it's Dec 30th, and blame me for taking nearly 30 days
Got unless points that expire in 1 year. Last year there was nothing for me, a guy, to use. Had to choose makeup (point are of even less value to me)
Looks like I gotta show Amazon more appreciation

Went to Sephora at Pacific centre and had an amazing experience thanks to Harman. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The service felt genuine and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the worst of the locations. I think a lot of people consistently find the staff here a bit hostile and I agree. I am usually only here to get gift cards and even then, it's a miserable experience. I now just save myself the headache and go to the Robson location that's not to far away to save myself from a negative experience.

She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and offered recommendations that felt genuinely tailored to my needs not rushed, not sales-driven, just honest and helpful. What truly stood out was her expertise. She explained each product clearly, recommended alternatives based on my skin concerns, and even showed me proper application techniques so I could feel confident using them at home. Her patience and attention to detail made the entire experience not only enjoyable but truly educational. It’s rare to meet someone who balances friendliness, professionalism, and deep product knowledge so effortlessly.
Because of Sheala, I left Sephora with products I actually love and feel good about something that doesn’t always happen when shopping for skincare or makeup.

This is my favourite Sephora location. Even though there’s another store closer to me, I always prefer coming to this one. I visited today for Black Friday and it was super busy, but the team was still incredibly helpful. Sheila, especially, went above and beyond. Thank to her guidance and patience, I was able to pick out a few stocking-stuffer gifts for my friends, and I’m sure they’re going to love them.
Really appreciate this store and especially Sheila!

The staff name Rashan ? Pardon if I spelled this wrongly. He’s super friendly, effective, productive and professional. He can multitask in this busy store and still maintain cool and I was amazed by that. It’s my pleasure to get his help and it’s the company’s luck to have him as a good employee!
