They refuse to let you use the washroom only because they had to do extra work to clean it. Been there multiple times. They always say it’s not working.

The pumps have ads with the volume turned all the way up. I wish the screens were muted. It played really annoyingly the whole time I pumped. It made me angry. I used to read all the ads while I pumped, but this made me cover my ears and turn away. This was a really dumb marketing ploy.

The gas station guy used the washroom in front of me and then told me sort of order.

I just pumped gas, about to buy some other things inside the store, I asked the cashier where is your washroom? He said there’s no washroom. I said there is no washroom. He said yes it’s under repair which is I don’t see any repair sign posted.
No pumping no business from me at this gas station anymore no thank you .

Went in to buy a drink and get a couple loonies for the bus. refused to break up some extra change and were very rude mannered about it. Took my money without explaining why they wouldn't.

Had a pleasant experience at Shell. The employee was helpful and provided full service and helped with air efficiently. He promoted the promotions which are going in store. The washroom was clean and tidy.

Absolutely zero service. I go there many times to fill gas, usually at night. This morning, I requested to use the washroom, but the person at the front counter refused to give me the keys. I will not be going there for gas again. They need more training. I will also complain to Shell Canada headquarters.

Not 24/7 please change the hours. This is tge second time I thought I could conduct here to grab a lunch for work and the second time I couldn't.
