Very disappointed with the customer service at this Shell station. I raised a concern and was completely ignored by the staff member, who chose to chat with someone he knew instead of helping me. No effort was made to acknowledge or resolve my issue. Lazy staff.

I pumped gas at this gas station this morning. The station insisted of a pre-payment via a credit card. I showed the counter both my credit card and my BCAA card which is supposed to get me a 10% rebate. My credit card record shows that the counter charged me TWICE for pre-payment and gave me ZERO BCAA rebate. AVOID this gas station!

Worst customer service experience at this location
At 9 am on Sunday morning the door is locked and you can only talk to them using the mic . Worst Communication and such a waste of time.

If you’re paying at the pump it’s fine. Paying at the pump the attendant was rude and didn’t know how to even use the POS system to print a receipt.

Worst pumps ever. Touchscreen doesn't work, have to repeatedly tap hard to get it to do anything and it makes you decline loyalty again before a minute of waiting for it to let you pump gas.
Ridiculous how much slower Shell pumps are than Chevrons.

For some reason the machine doesn’t accept my credit cards so I went in the store for help. The guy didn’t even bother speak to me and instead put a “Cash only” board in front of my face.

Regular gas was 153.9
After I tapped my card the price changed to 170.9
I think it's unfair, changing prices just between some seconds.
