Very horrible service. The pump charged me extra and when I went in to talk to the lady she said she couldn’t do anything about it and told me to call the official shell phone number, only to be told that they couldn’t do anything and that only specific gas stations can return the money. Clearly the lady with the glasses there just wanted to make things difficult.

Never any papers towel in the dispensers next to the pump and all the window washers are worn out to the nub, if they have any.

Kind of embarassing. I came in and got a small amount of gas.. and a coffee. It was a rough day.. and my last few bucks. The teller was a young lady darker complexion and she was very kind to me.
Long story short. My car wasnt showing the fuel had been pumped ..I thought their machine wasnt working..
But turns out it WAS pumped..
Smh.. I feel really bad about giving the young lady a hard time.. as I know that customer service is a hard job... I just wanted to apologize for being difficult. It was my mistake not hers or the gas stations..
And like I said she was very kind in the beginning.
Im sorry about that. Many sincere apologies..
I highly recommend this gas station if youre ever in vancouver.

I just used $3 on the vacuum and it didn’t work at all. They expect customers to call a number posted on the machine, which is extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the washroom has been out of order for a long time — I’ve contacted Shell about it previously, and nothing has been done.
This is by far the worst Shell location I’ve ever been to. They make a lot of money here, yet clearly don’t invest any of it back into maintaining their services. It’s frustrating and unacceptable.

Came to the gas station to get some air in my tire. Got that done went inside to use the washroom. And the guy that’s working here wouldn’t let me use the washroom he said it’s only for customers. I explained that I used the air pump that cost me 2.50$ he still said no. If any management or anyone that can do something about this, please explain to the guy that this is Canada and it’s 2025. Let the people use the bathroom. We don’t need to explain to you that we just use the air. We’re not in India, my friend. It’s Thursday jun 5th 12:04 pm. Never coming back to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there!

They did not let me go in and also they lied to me and said they do not have DoorDash even though on the window it says they have DoorDash and Uber eats. I do not recommend going here. It is unacceptable
