The washroom here has been defective for years. Gas stations are supposed to be reliable for these. There is nothing near the area. I always go to gas stations while I'm working to get a drink, lotto, and use the washroom, as there are no other places for me to go.

I was so disappointed at the cashier this morning.the only thing I want is my gas and washroom unfortunately the cashier told me we don’t give washroom service go find some where else.the customer service there is very bad.

Big shoutout to Suresh! I stopped by this morning for gas and coffee while on crutches, and he went out of his way to help me. He opened the door for me, and when I went to pay, he offered to bring my coffee to my car since I had no free hands. He even brought out my water too.
Suresh was incredibly kind and thoughtful. His customer service made my morning. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

I had a very disappointing experience today (September 23, 2025) at around 12:50 AM. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and displayed a poor attitude towards customers. This is not the level of service I expected.
I strongly suggest hiring staff who are better trained in customer service and know how to treat customers with respect.

It's not terrible, but it feels disappointing. In a neighborhood known for its safety, this store does not allow customers inside at night and only serves through a security window. For such a safe area, this setup is unnecessary and gives the wrong impression. This is not Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.

Absolutely awful cashier came in at night and for some bull reason the cashier updated the card system while I was making a transaction billing me twice for the same item saying the first transaction didnt go through even though it did on my side and the issue was with the cashier himself I want a refund for ts.
