Girl cashier who is indian and have her hair in a ponytail is frequently rude and snobby and rolls her eyes. She lacks basic customer service skills. Please train her to be respectful to customers

Their fuel prices are always higher than other stations in the area—usually about five cents more per litre. The service isn’t ideal either. Whenever you ask to use the washroom, they make excuses like “it’s out of service” or “it’s not working,” even though it actually is. It feels like they are being selective about which customers they allow to use the facilities.

The manager, Babak, takes serious pride in his job, hes always in a good mood, hes always smiling, under his management, the place smells good, every item is nicely stocked, he knows which coffee selection is best, this is one of the cleanest and proper gas stations around.

I went to this Shell station with the intention of getting gas. Before I did this, I needed to use the washroom. I pulled into a parking spot so as to make sure not to unnecessarily block a gas pump.
I took approximately eight minutes to use the washroom. I felt that this was a reasonable amount of time to take, and needless to say I was as quick as I could be in the circumstances. About 3 to 4 minutes in, the attendant started banging on the door, as if I had been in there for a half an hour. I told him that I would be a few more minutes, however, less than two minutes later he banged on the door again. There were a couple of people waiting, and I can understand wanting to move the line along. However, the amount of time that I took did not warrant being hassled the way that I was.
The whole situation made me feel absolutely mortified. As I was leaving, the attendant told me that they did not have a public washroom. I informed him that I was planning on getting gas and that I did so at this location many times. I chose not to fill up my vehicle at this gas station, as I felt very unwelcome and harassed.

I had an excellent experience at the Shell gas station thanks to the outstanding service provided by the manager, Param. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. One thing that really stood out is that Param never refuses customers access to the washroom, which is a rare and appreciated gesture these days. The station is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. His respectful and helpful attitude makes every visit pleasant. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work, Param!

I had a great experience at this gas station recently. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The pumps were in excellent working condition, and the convenience store was well-stocked with a good variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials.
A special shoutout to Kamal, the salesman on duty during my visit on yesterday evening . He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of his way to assist me. Whether it was helping with directions or recommending the best value fuel option, Kamal was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.
It’s rare to find such courteous and helpful service these days, and Kamal truly made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service

I am an Uber driver, I always filled up the gas in my car from your gas station and when on 14apr2025 I came to your gas station near about 6:00 am to 6:30am I entered in your gas station to use the washroom there is a guy wearing a spacks he refuse to let me use the washroom he always did this. Whereas when I came any another time your other staff members let us use the washroom it means the washroom is not out of order, he just didn't let us use. My be this is my last time I came to your gas station.

It's a good location but it's prices are often quite a bit higher than other gas stations, even other shell stations. On 2 occasions in the last month I found the price was more than 5 cents higher than another shell station not far away
