“I was passing through Pacific Centre at Granville station, it's very lovely! There was some construction on escalators but rush hour traffic gets by on other escalators and looks like big hole in ceiling not bothering anyone. Very cute creative planters along entrance window on Granville St.”

“Went to renew my child passport. Got call in counter 23. Got service by NATASHA. She was SUPER HELPFUL… so cordial, smiled face. I rarely found anyone in passport office like her. To me she is THE BEST! Keep it up Natasha ?”
“The main staples here are the Safeway and the liquor store. Both are large and well stocked. There is also a Musicworks here and BMO bank. Location is excellent and there is ample parking underground. There is new construction behind the shopping center which may supplement this area as well. Directly across from the Arbutus club. I come here all the time.”

“Went in early yesterday to pick up a package and had a great experience. The folks behind the counter were very attentive and took the time to provide great service even though it was busy with a lot of traffic in the store.”
“This is the blueprint for future developments to aspire to be. It looks, and sounds amazing, assuming the finished product is what is suggested. ONE major problem. I see one of the developers is the company that built "Vancouver House" That development was marketed and units sold to non Canadian Asian clients in multiple countries and multiple Chinese cities for well OVER A Year before Canadians had a chance to purchase. I was extremely frustrated and vowed never to buy from that company. Canadian citizens and tax payers were treated like third class citizens in our own country! Absolutely shameful and unforgivable! DO NOT make the same mistake again!”
“Lots of businesses on site here including a mini mall with restaurants and shops , its handy in downtown Vancouver, its next to hotels, has pay parking lot, nearby public transportation . Has royal bank inside . Has public washrooms . Icbc is inside here .”
“Missed several of the businesses inside the Plaza due to the Covid Pandemic. V Taste, Kung Fu Panda Fast Food ( just newly opened in late 2019 ), Parkland Barbarshop, most recent Shoe Store Repair. Hope the business in plaza will be able to revitalized back to its thriving moments. Only 4 business remain operating. Very heart broken to see this Plaza is become a Ghost Plaza ( worst than the International Village ). UPDATE: SEPT. 4 2024 : SAD to see that this plaza had not done much to improve its empty stores ( mostly vacants ) its most dead foodcourt plaza. Compare to International Village Food Court or previous Crystal Mall or the Richmond Public Market. Too bad not no tenants wants to move in due to its flow of traffic after the pandemic closure and again sad to see the food court business had mostly changed owners/businesses so far does seem to be much a big improvement or any actions is taken. I am sure it will be more empty shops soon. Hope they revive it more soon!”
