“As Vancouver lost Oakridge mall for a new development, Pacific Center became the go to mall in the lower mainland other than Metrotown in neighbouring Burnaby. Pacific Center have great stores and staff. However, with the additional load of shoppers, the mall has become over crowded in my opinion and unpleasant at times due to this fact. Oakridge mall reopening in 2024 could not come fast enough. I am surprised another mall has not opened in Vancouver, as it certainly would have enough overflow from Pacific Center.”
“The food is better than the atmosphere. This place is a good alternative to expensive restaurants in the area where you've got to wait too long to get your food.”
“The main staples here are the Safeway and the liquor store. Both are large and well stocked. There is also a Musicworks here and BMO bank. Location is excellent and there is ample parking underground. There is new construction behind the shopping center which may supplement this area as well. Directly across from the Arbutus club. I come here all the time.”

650 W 41st Ave, Vancouver“This is the blueprint for future developments to aspire to be. It looks, and sounds amazing, assuming the finished product is what is suggested. ONE major problem. I see one of the developers is the company that built "Vancouver House" That development was marketed and units sold to non Canadian Asian clients in multiple countries and multiple Chinese cities for well OVER A Year before Canadians had a chance to purchase. I was extremely frustrated and vowed never to buy from that company. Canadian citizens and tax payers were treated like third class citizens in our own country! Absolutely shameful and unforgivable! DO NOT make the same mistake again!”

2081 W 4th Ave, Vancouver“Went in July 18th in the early afternoon, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They went the extra mile to find the gift item we were looking for and offered gift wrapping without being prompted. I was impressed because I rarely get such great service in other shops in Park Royal.”
“Great place for children's focused products and activities. It's focused on quality and local oriented offerings so I find this much much better then say Toys r Us or babies r us”
