Nice general purpose thrift store. Nothing that especially stands out, but packed up with a strong variety of different items on display

Contrary to popular belief, not all that is sold here are dog sweaters and little booties. Human clothing abounds, as well as great physical media finds and all that jazz. Don't let the SPCA name fool you as it did me- although I have been told I can pull of a leather collar.

This thrift shop is a cool fave! They had smoke damage and recently redesigned all their displays The window dresser is excellent and does a great job I buy my shoes here, as they are very well priced and, thanks to the nightmares of online shopping, most are brand new as if the shoe doesnt fit gift it to SPCA I like that the proceeds from my purchases go to the SPCA which finds homes for adoptive animals Thank you SPCA You ROCK! Christina Ferrero you Tube Artist Listen to my music!

No exchanges? No refunds is becoming the norm. The company still keeps revenue if an exchange is given so I don't understand this policy.

Great place with all kinds of great finds. Make sure you have lots of time as there is so much to search for. Jewellery, clothes, shoes, electronics and house wares. Found an apple TV system for $20. Best find of my life, works like a charm so now I never miss an episode of Ted Lasso. Easy and convenient for drop off donations.

Prices are completely unrealistic. The back is a pile of unorganized junk that I hunted through with the purpose of recycling old items that no one else would want, and they tried to charge so much money that I left.Go next door to Hob Thrift, the prices are amazing and there are often beautiful antiques.

One of my favourite thrift stores. It's small, but has been insanely well-organized and has improved a lot since its renovation. Support local!

Great staff, very organized and clean store, cute fitting rooms and great pricing all in all. What is disappointing to see is a bunch of whiners leaving negative reviews for a CHARITY who has to keep up with inflation. Yes prices are rising everywhere and SPCA has to keep their doors open somehow. I don't see the same people haggle and complain over prices at Winners or Canadian Tire and this really shouldn't be any different. As a customer we have no idea what goes into pricing items at a charity thrift and sure there always will be things that seem more expensive than necessary but that is more of an exception than a rule. I truly don't get how anyone can complain about prices at a charity thrift store. Just shameful.

Seems to be a Grift Store now. Ridiculous unrealistic hopeful prices on things. Old amps selling for $80 that wouldn't even get $30 on other market places. Clothes marked up significantly.Gentlemen today asked about some chairs and the price given was on the high side. Staff had this sass to say "well we don't give away things here". Well yea doesn't seem like you want to sell things either.Everyone remember that these stores are privately owned and operated, and only give an undisclosed share of profits to SPCA. They are for-profit.

After going here for years I found some great deals but unfortunately I feel the prices have become completely unrealistic of a thrift store.Everyone has to pay their rent I get that but they seem to want to bleed as much profit from their customers as possible.Hopefully they will realise that this is a form of gouging and understand that these places play and important role in supporting vunrable and low income people in the area just as much as they do making a profit for the SPCA.Remember it's the community which support you and have done for years.

What happened to this place? Is this some kind of joke? You've got to be kidding. $25 for a used sweater with worn patched? $60(!!!!!) For a dirty old coat? Is this an inflation related cash grab? Feels like a retail store, staff seems dismissive of feedback. The HOB has better prices. It's sad, really ; as people need a break now more than ever. I guess gas goes up/ donated goods go up? Make it make sense. This happened at the salvation army thrift on 12th Ave some years ago, absolutely out of touch with reality. The 12,th store is better now.I suppose the place is subsidized?Anyways, if you're a thrifter,(root:THRIFT) avoid this place.I revised the rating to 2 stars as the staff were polite and accommodating
