I have only just begun the program so can't speak on that, but Rayanne was so positive and helpful in getting my application completed and getting everything organized and in, and she's a true joy to deal with. Plus she helped me get in much more quickly than I'd thought possible. She's a gem.

Went to a burnaby campus. Had to drop out 6 months into my CSW course and was charged for being there for the whole time. Do not go here.

Overpriced tuition, unprofessional teachers as they probably hire for cheap, short class hours than scheduled time as this is an inhumane business just trying to get profit than care for students.

I’m working in different colleges in BC since 2021. I never saw the unwelcome atmosphere more than Sprott Shaw East Vancouver. I was there for asking a question for a friend.The receptionist (Sara) was not at her desk. I was waiting there for more than five minutes. After I rang the bell. She came from other room so aggressively. She didn’t welcome me and was so rude about I have a question but didn’t have an appointment. As I told the person is international, she told: you need to talk with international team, but don’t go there without appointment. When I asked about the international team contact information, she didn’t even write it for me. She doesn’t have any idea about how to be a customer service person. No smile, no eye contact and no right communication. Her manager needs to evaluate her performance for sure.

Sprott Shaw College is great in terms of short-period programs like Health Care Assistant program I studied in. Also wonderful is the amazing staff they have such as Nimfa, Mindy, Daniel, Cydney, Lana, Sara; they all professional, knowledgeable and caring instructors and staff. I really appreciate help and support from this great teaching&staff group! So definitely recommend to come study in HCA program! I have no idea about other programs here yet, but since HCA program is good, other programs also deserve a try if in need.Studying in Sprott Shaw was a great experience because I get to know many great instructors and staff, and a whole bunch of great classmates, so this is one of important experience in my life ❤
