I could not have had a worse experience here last Tuesday (01/06) evening. I went there to scan and print a passport for a visa application. Firstly, the scanners were actually trash - I would get 80% through a scan for the whole thing to turn off and not save my scan. I raised this with the attendees three times and they’d come over and “fix it” for it to happen again. In the end it took 50 minutes to scan one 38 page passport 🤡. Once done I then had to print this and two other 18 page files. The total cost for the scan and three prints was $75. Absolutely appalling. There is a local print shop on 4th that is half the price and a far better service - give your money (and more importantly time) to someone who won’t waste it.

Terrible customer service, I waited for 45 mins in line to pick up photos and not a single extra person came to support the 1 staff member.

I ordered a same day calendar print yesterday and was emailed to go pick it up today. the colour was completely off, no yellow tones at all. the staff was not helpful at all, and reprinted for an hour with different computer settings, even though the problem was clearly with the printer itself. they then said it was an issue with the file, even though the file was displaying completely fine on their monitor. they also made empty promises like “this will get resolved today”. at the end they ran a test on the printer to assess ink levels, showing that the printer had a problem. that was clearly the issue from the beginning. they apologized eventually for not being able to solve the problem. finally i asked for a refund, then changed my mind and asked them to send the print job to staples downtown. staples downtown printed the order immediately without problem.
in short, complete lack of problem solving, empty promises, waste of time, waste of paper, and inability to think critically wasted 2 hours of a busy pre-holiday weekend. if youre looking to print at staples, id recommend going to another location. wont be returning.

The worst customer service in their print and shipping. I try to avoid it. You can shoot a canon through the service dept. they walk past and ignore the long line up.

17 December around noon time. Walked into the store to print something. Unfortunately the printer doesn’t have the language that support my document. I approach and say hi to a staff name Cathy and got complete ignored lmao. Apparently I should’ve not do so as just witnessed she basically yelled at another customer looking for help to print something in a dismissive tone. I don’t know why she work in customer service related industry if she doesn’t like it? Or she provide different tier of services based on type of customers? I hope she just had a bad day and get well soon tho.

My customer service experience with Virgin Mobile and Bell Mobility at Staples was highly impressive! My salesman, Fahad, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This company is lucky to have such an outstanding employee on their payroll!

I went here looking for a specific type of modeling clay, and I was floored by the level of customer service. There was a staff member immediately inside the door who asked if she could help me and directed me to exactly where the clay would be. When I got there, another staff member went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. There was only one package left of what I was initially looking for, which wasn't quite enough, but he managed to another package of a different brand which was essentially the same and worked out perfectly for me. No lineup at the cash. I honestly thought that level of customer service didn't exist anymore.

1. It's super annoying that the aggressive cel plan salesmen pounce on you as you walk into the store. Just stop; it makes me want to avoid your store.
2. The layout of the store is awful. Why do I have to walk through the entire store just to ship a package when you could just re-open the 2nd door near the shipping area? Or if you don't want 2 entrances or cash areas, then at least move the shipping counter closer to the entrance & cashiers.
3. The ladies at the shipping counter are so slow. I have waited over 10mins multiple times while 2 ladies behind the counter completely ignored me. Unacceptable.
4. Please don't ask me to email you my concerns like you have with other reviewers. You have enough info right here in this review to address the problems.

To say that the employees here are incompetent would be an understatement. I generally don’t leave reviews like this but people have to know what they’re getting. I ordered a same day poster-sized print for a grad school project in COLOUR and they printed in BLACK. When I tried to explain that to the employee, he just stared at me blankly and only after I repeated myself multiple times did he then say “print again take 1 hour” (time I didn’t have). So I asked if I could get a refund instead since the mistake was theirs… He told me only if I gave the wrongly printed poster back?!!! Like what are they going to do with it?!?! I couldn’t give it back because I still needed something for my class.
