Don't waste your time returning your Amazon package here. You will have to wait in a long line with only one slow worker and people printing signs and doing time consuming tasks. You are better off printing your own label and dropping at Canada Post. Plus parking is a nightmare here.

Really disappointing to experience the worst service ever at the staples store at Sweden way.I wanted to print some material and I arrived and told me that i had to wait for 20 min because they were having a rest. Then the lady that "helped" me she was so rude and non friendly. Every time I go to this staple I have a bad experience. Much better the one in West Broadway.I won't go ever to this location in Richmond.

Good selection of office-related products; Purolator desk e.g. for Amazon returns.Could do with some new interior design.

I went specifically to purchase a 12 ft extension cord, not a power bar. But, all they had were "surge protector" power bars and the hefty price tags that go with those, with the longest being 8 ft. Not what I was looking for and I left empty handed.

Self-serve printing was relatively easy to use and offered several options, including emailing files from my phone because I was disorganized and hadn't brought a USB stick. Print quality and speed was excellent, got in and out quickly and would come again for bigger print jobs. Cheaper than the library!Only giving 4/5 because there were no prices posted for print services and I had to choose a pre-authorization amount for my credit card long before I saw what the total would be.

Poor customer service. Took me 7 mins in the shipping line to have a rep that doesn’t want to be working at all. Store has a lot of potential, but staff is very poor qualified. If you are looking for shipping, go to a Canada post location. Save your money and time

I’ve used the services at the Staples on the 1300 block of Broadway. The staff has been very helpful with printing my PDFs and shipping goods by courier. Drop off your packages here for courier pick up. They have some very good deals on computers and laptops.

Photo for documents are super pricey in here… For two copies you’ll pay $22+tax and they charge you same amount for just copying them to your storage device ? Hilarious… And they will tell you that in the end. First and last time using their service

I had a terrible experience at this Staples store. The employee who assisted me seemed disinterested and consistently rude. When I requested laminating for some small papers, she quoted me $22 plus tax, claiming an additional fee for cutting. I suggested using their cutting machine myself, but she blamed a broken machine on a previous customer and said it would take her 5 minutes. I questioned why I should pay for a service I couldn't perform due to their equipment issues, but she insisted it wasn't her fault. This incident highlights poor customer service and a lack of willingness to assist customers.

I come to this staples regularly because it’s the closest to my business and home, but I wish there was an alternative. The print services are are particularly terrible, the customer service is awful the staff are unenthusiastic and rude - and the waits are always long for any service at all. Avoid this staples if you can.

It is not easy to get good service these days, but I have always received excellent service from various staff members at this Staples West Broadway location ... hence, the reason why I travel out of my way to shop here.Today, August 18, 2023, Aref assisted me with a query. I called him a Private Investigator because he was finally able to locate my receipt for a safe which I purchased -- which had broken. I needed to contact the company since it was some time since I bought it from Staples. Not only was he helpful but he was also courteous and professional, asking me for my number and then calling me back for additional information.Whoever is doing the hiring/training should be congratulated!

Visited this store today, they don't have an item I used to get, but Lovejot helped to creatively come up with a substitute! She went above and beyond! Lovejot is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and has a welcoming spirit !! She is totally awesome.

This review is directed at the planning of the West Broadway layout which is frustrating. The store is huge. It takes up a large amount of storefront in the middle of the street. Parking is tough, underground or street parking half or more of a block away. Only one entrance. The original design must have been for both entrances to be used which would make more sense and be a lot easier for customers. But the east door is covered with a sign that points to the entrance further down. So when you enter this Staples you have to go through the whole electronics area, which is always empty! It’s a long ramp up to the office supplies section which is where the rest of the customers are. The cashier counters in that area are often closed so back we go to the electronics area - down the ramp again. And out the one exit. And how is that one exit for such a large space allowed fire fire laws? Hope they will reconsider reopening both doors to this specific Staples.
