As a visitor from Australia, was expecting to have a good experience. Staff unable to log into their POS system and computer shut down mid transaction.. then wait 15 mins to print a receipt, what a joke.. Van living in the dark ages. FINALLY told its too hard to reprint and because items are Staples brand I dont need a recipt anyway. Staff doing their best to deal with an incompetent system.

I visited this location today to use their FedEx shipment services. I approached the desk and the two young men were busy fiddling with a camera and going over settings or something. I was the only person in line. They did not acknowledge me until someone at the print desk pointed me out, that’s when one of the guys looked at me and said “We’ll be right with you” and they immediately went back to messing with the camera. This went on for a few minutes, annoyed I looked over at the guy behind the print desk and asked “Is it possible for me to get some service?” He pointed to the two guys still messing with the camera. Then he actually approached them and told them a customer is waiting. Finally one guy put the camera away. The other guy finally acknowledged me and I said “Hi, I need to ship a package.” He then says “I’ll be with you in a few minutes, I have to take care of these boxes first.”pointing to the packages that were on the desk before I arrived and which all of a sudden became super important. So I said “You know what? Bye!” I was so annoyed, absolutely terrible customer service, the worst . I know they’re young guys and working at Staples in the shipping centre is not their life’s dream but a job is a job and you do that job well, regardless.

Visited this location 2 weeks ago to get my passport photos done. This place is so disorganized it took this young kid 20 mins to fire up the camera, then chose to speak with other co workers and customers before completing the job. Even though this was pretty bizarre and god awful customer service, I didn’t think much of it, paid for my photos and left. The day comes for my passport renewal appointment and the agent tells me the photos don’t have the necessary stamps needed to accept my renewal application. Maybe… just maybe, if the kid working printing didn’t have his head sticking so far up where the sun don’t shine I would be finished the application and not waiting 6 hours total at the passport office. Pretty sweet deal staples, figure it out for once in your lives.

Too slow, inefficient. Go elsewhere if you have non-urgent printing needs. Strongly recommend avoiding their closing hours.

I have to admit I'm a little biased. I like Staples; always did. So it's sad to see that the chain has lost its former glory, as it's devoid of customers every time I shop in one of their stores. (I can only assume the days of shopping for stationery offline are pretty much gone)

Do NOT shop at ANY Staples store - they are the most unprofessional, unhelpful bunch of jerks we have ever come across. There are so many alternative suppliers in Vancouver, there is NO need to go to expensive Staples Stores , that pride themselves in delivering "service" well below acceptable professional standards.

It was difficult to find someone for help, and when I was able to ask a store clerk, he was unable to log into the system and so told me to ask for the manager (who was himself still needing to help 2 other people, and so asked the clerk who had told me to ask for the manager to help me again). The experience wasn't great, but they're very understaffed, I guess.

I couldn't pay for office desks online so I went to the store personally.The customer service was great, they helped us to solve it by ordering the office desk in clearance on the spot and let them ship it to my place.It arrived day sooner, so the shipping was really fast!The quality and price is awesome. I'm very happy with my purchase 10/10 for sure :)

DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED AN IMPORTANT SAME DAY PRINT.Received terrible service, both in store and online. I needed something urgently printed which was meant to be same day print, as I ordered before 12pm (as per the website). Heard nothing back that day, or next day 4pm until I had to reach out to customer service. Nobody picked up the phone so I had to email/submit a ticket. When trying to get an update, I didn’t even hear back via email for over 24hours and all it said was that I would be notified when the print was ready. Not helpful at all - but at least it was not as bad as the service in store, with the guy behind the counter practically laughing in my face and saying they don’t have the prints. Now, a week later, I have 3 prints which are useless as they were only completed about 5 days too late. In store they told me it was a printer malfunction - when was I going to be told about the malfunction? I only found out when I arrived to the store (which by the way is not the closest store to me, but at the time was the only store available online for same day printing.) A joke of an experience, will not be returning to Staples

Has got to be the worst Staples in Vancouver.After receiving confirmation on June 8th that order is ready for pick up, the staff can’t find the order and it’s my third time trying to get this order (paid for same day processing). After trying to reprint it comes out wrong and not double sided, only now when they try and get it right the machine is stuck and staff is continuously spraying to get it back running.Manager is aware and walks around very calmly in store, so very much sure they do not care.All in all, a simple order of double sided brochures takes longer than 10 business days, and after trying to pick up all those times still waited 45minutes in store. Left after the ultimate frustration level and still without the order I paid for.

How is the customer service here SO bad and lazy just 10 minutes after they open….Came in to drop off a package, prelabelled, and as soon as I opened my mouth the person sitting at the “shipping” counter pointed to another guy doing PRINTING services and said you’ll need to ask him. Ask him for what???Waited a few minutes and once again as soon I opened my mouth this guy pointed behind me to say I need to drop off my package through the machine. What in the world kind of service is this

Very poor customer service, lady at the counter at 10.30 AM was very unhelpful with simple questions, and I believe she gave wrong info. I ended up leaving without completing a purchase just to not deal with her. All i needed was to send a letter within Canada.

There is a female employee, very bad service, not interested in customers, making an unconcerned face. Because I'm going to pay my card it's writtenVISA debit which in fact it might be credit as she say. But the way he talks is like an insult to the customer and I think it doesn't matter that he exposes something unnecessary as he only pays. Right or wrong can be viewed from two angles, but it is not necessary for her to treat me like this.Then I said thank you to him. But he didn't respond at all, I just wanted to say that everyone is busy and tired all the same, you're not the only one busy doing this job, don't just hope for money. It helps to have the spirit in your career too.

Terrible. I needed help printing place cards for a dinner and 5x7 documents (which you can't do online, smallest size you can order online is 8.5x11) and the dude at the printing center kept telling me to put my order through online and said he didn't know what place cards are. 0/5 stars.
