Star Tile Co Ltd is highly praised for its exceptional service and knowledgeable staff, particularly Mara, who is noted for her helpfulness in assisting customers with their tile selections. Many reviews highlight the extensive selection available, often surpassing that of larger tile stores. Customers appreciate the quality of the products and the personalized advice offered, especially for DIY projects. The store has been a go-to for tile needs for years, with clients returning for repairs and renovations, receiving generous support and encouragement without any pressure to buy. Even though primarily a commercial contractor, Star Tile successfully completed smaller residential projects, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, delivering impressive results. Overall, Star Tile Co Ltd is recommended for anyone seeking reliable service, quality materials, and expert advice for tile-related needs.
Star Tile provided excellent service. Their communication was clear and professional throughout the process. I’d especially like to thank Lilian for her highly professional coordination, and Terry and the team for their great work re-grouting the steam room and spa areas in our building. Highly recommended!
