Kshitij Gore, a TD mortgage specialist, demonstrated a lack of professionalism during my in-person appointment. He showed no enthusiasm and made me feel as though he was doing me a favor by providing information. Based on this experience, I believe both TD and this mortgage specialist deserve a zero-star rating.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Gurpal Parmar at TD Bank, and I must say, the service was exceptional. Gurpal was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly patient and understanding of my needs. His advice was invaluable, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I left the bank with all my concerns addressed. It’s employees like Gurpal who make banking experiences memorable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment at 10 am, 30 minutes later and no one attended to me and there were three employees available... I came to open an account but they never attended to me

The generic and utterly idiotic response to genuine customer complaints that are being raised...give a better reply. Obviously management at the branch have done nothing to improve ongoing issues. Moronic.

I had a very frustrating experience with TD Bank. The supervisor provided incorrect information and applied for an option that was against the law. I only discovered this two weeks later when I returned, and they informed me. This is the second time I've received incorrect information from TD Bank employees, and both instances have negatively impacted my credit. Their lack of knowledge about their own bank's policies is concerning, especially for newcomers. I even asked the supervisor three times if the application would be rejected, and he assured me it was possible and that I would receive a confirmation letter within three days. However, when I returned after 2 weeks, other employees informed me that it was impossible due to a bank policy. It's evident that they knew it was their mistake and tried to avoid informing me about the rejection. I'm left wondering why the supervisor didn't know this and still processed the application for me.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Had booked a phone appointment and specified my availability, got a call back from an agent in this branch the previous day who left a voicemail to cancel my call and directed me to another team. I used my own sources later in the evening and got a resolution in less than 3 minutes. Sent an email to the customer service address too but no response, as expected. As a client-focused bank, I find it hard to understand why they aren't more professional and helpful. Would give 0 stars to the agent if I could.

I've made a debit card then one of their employees Gurkirat told me to make a Credit card we need your SIN number after couples days I gave him my SIN number to submit for Credit card and mentioned after 7 working days it will be ready!, One month passed and visited to take it, the customer service told me their's no request about your Credit and made a new appointment for Submitting again in TD Burrard ST., and the employee I gave him my SIN to submit was in a Vacation!

Good experience opening an account but zero follow up service. When setting up an account for the first time with TD, the Personal Banking Associate who helped me was very responsive to any questions I had via email and was very helpful until my account was set up and finalized. I've since emailed him twice, once a month ago and most recently 5 days ago and I'm getting nothing back. Maybe he's on vacation but I'm getting no auto-response/out of office and I have to say that if I need to go in to get answers to my questions it might be to just close my account and bank elsewhere. Not impressed anymore.
