Absolutely love this place! URBAN PAW PETS is a fantastic new addition to the Kitsilano neighborhood. The new owner is super friendly and welcoming, and they’re already going above and beyond for pet lovers. I even received some free samples during my visit, which was such a nice touch.
Best of all — they offer free delivery right to your door across Vancouver! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality pet products and great service. Welcome to the neighborhood! 🐾💛

I make a point to support small local businesses whenever possible. They're newish in town--show some love 😘! I was looking for a shop that carried my preferred brand of cat food and was so glad to have found Urban Paw. The service I got from the moment I walked in was friendly and attentive. To top things off, I was given some free samples from high quality local brands to try out. I look forward to returning and will bring my cat the next time 😸 Thank you for brightening up an otherwise unremarkable day!

The new owners have recently updated the store so I stopped in to check it out. Super nice people, very knowledgeable, and generous with their time.
I needed advice for a senior and new pup that we dog sitting for. I found what we needed and was impressed.
I highly recommend this store, it's independently owned and they only seem to have good quality products.

Stopped by randomly and Furkan helped me find the right food for my picky Shiba. She’s eating dried food for the first time in weeks! The store is small but has some unique selections not found in other bigger stores.

Friendly Mom & Pop store, don’t treat you like a stranger, always have what I need or will order it. They ask for my name, not my phone number, when tallying up reward points. Sharon and Georges are especially nice people.

A really nice and well stocked neighbourhood pet shop, the owners are great and good with taking special and costume orders.
