The Cobalt Cabaret is a great venue for parties and events. It is one of the best live venues in town, with an intimate size and good facilities. The venue has a good sound system and cool staff. It is a good place for local DJs and bands, and for fans of specific music scenes. The area may be shady, but it is good with a group. The Cobalt Cabaret has a decent sound system and is perfect for live shows, especially for loud and heavy bands.
Great punk / metal bar. Not too loud even! Beer surprisingly expensive unfortunately, $9 + tip for a 355ml Fat Tug is downtown prices! Otherwise cool place friendly staff awesome crowd \\m/

Awesome venue we saw Jonathon Goldie in concert and it was great sound and a cool, intimate atmosphere!! Definitely one of my favorite spots in Vancouver for live shows.

Two restrooms. Nice sized bar. Played there twice and loved it both times.
