There is an angel working at the paint section in this location. As I remember her name is "Diana". She is very knowledgeable and the one of the best customer service ever got in my life. Once that Indian guy was not interested in to help me with finding the paint that I was looking for, luckily I talked to her before I leave and she helped with the best ability. FYI @higher management - Diana should be noted for her genuine and outstanding customer service. This 5 star is only for her. Thanks Diana.

Today I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location. I give Mr.Kireeti a 0/10 review in terms of taking care of the customer avoid him at all times. After giving me a hard time picking up my order he refused to call another supervisor and told me he is the boss here and he’s not going to give me my pre paid order keeping me waiting for 50 minutes he still did not apologize. I love shopping at The Home Depot but unfortunately after my interaction with Mr.Kireeti I feel sorry for the company that has chosen such unprofessional and childish person to represent their business. Not only I’m not satisfied but I’m disappointed in the training process and how the management team is being such bad role models for the other employees.

I tried to order some cleaning products online from the Waterloo, Ontario store. 20 items in stock but not available for pickup, delivery only to the postal code given. Fine, get to checkout and .. item not deliverable to the given postal code, 1/2 an hour's drive from the store. Tried to contact customer support .. auto-assistant predictably useless, no live support available. Selling products online seems like old technology now, you can order anything from anywhere in the world, except from "hopeless depot".

This is my go to for home reno stuff unless I need big projects materials ie. outdoor lumber and drywall Staff like Sarah as the Service desk, Rens and Peter at the Pro Desk, Gurma at Hardware and Gurpreet all are super service oriented as I often do special ordersIt is the smallest Home Depot in the lower mainland but the staff make up for it in service! anything they don't have in stock, they order it in for me!Fix Elevator 1 though please!

Customer service at place is ?.Wanted to get colors for our first wooden paint project, the person was really helpful and gave so much detailed knowledge about different types of colors and what and when to use. Wish could remember his name. But he was at the colour section and made everything so easy. Thanks to him this project is coming out really goodWe forgot one of the paint bottle at the payment counter but the lady Name Dolly came all the way to parking lot to give the forgotten color. That kind is service is really rear this days. Thanks again The Home Depot Cambie. For such a great experience.

This morning when I arrived just before the store opened at 7am a young man was watering the plants outside, smiled and wished me good morning. Then when the store opened he let me know I could go in. When I walked into the store I was greeted with friendly helpful staff. This was a testament to the staff working at this store and it was a great start to my day. Thank you!

Your service is garbage. Why post items as available both in-store and/or online when they are not available for either?I went to the store and could not find what I needed, I was told the computer showed 3 in store but they could not find them. I was advised other stores have it and that I should look for it elsewhere.I purchased a circular saw online for store pick up the next day and my order was accepted but the next day it was cancelled. The next day, I online purchased a tool kit (offered on the website for delivery) and I paid extra for same-day delivery. Again my order was accepted and later it was cancelled. I guess I'll keep my money then!Why offer products and services you can not provide. Just mark them as unavailable everywhere and don't waste anyone's time.

I had the opportunity to deal with a fantastic employee at this location, her name is Ana B. and she is in appliances, I needed a new washing machine but had to tackle a small adjustment at my apartment to accommodate this new washer. She connected me with a tradesman and got me signed up for a HD credit card which provided incentives for using it, she literally handled everything. I’d love to find out how I can let her employer know how great and informed she was but this seems to be the only platform ….

Had an amazing experience at this store on 7/11/23. I went in to buy a portable bbq but it was out of stock and only the expensive one was available. 3 different associates, including the supervisor, came to help me figure out the right bbq to buy within my price range and looked for deals in their system. They even stuck around to help me choose some accessories as well. It felt like a family environment and I was well taken care of. I wish I got their names!

I had really bad experience in this store. Bad customer services. I waited 45 minutes in their appliances department for assistance and no one show up at all. Not recommend for assistance in this store unless you know exactly what you are looking for ?

DO NOT buy washer and dryer there. They need someone to go and disconnect your old one first, on a separated appointment, on a different date. Other place may have the same price but they only need one set of people that can do everything at once. Additional half day leave is very expansive.

To the sweet older gentleman who sold me my air conditioner 10+ years ago, I have never forgotten you! It is because of you I survive every summer. I was in a greenhouse worthy sweltering apartment at the time and this man was amazing. Along with his professionalism, he went full Dad mode, full of care and empathy, and treated me like family and pointed me in the right direction, and gave me hot tips how to get the most out of my A/C. Sadly I have totally forgotten his name, but its never too late for a good review. So wherever you are, thank you! :)

I visited this store as my Home Depot card had an issue, I was assisted by a girl named “Palak” at customer service. She had to contact their backoffice for further support. It was not a straightforward case. She did her best to help me.. she was very professional& courteous. The world is beautiful when we have people like her…

If you order through Home Depot Decorating Centre, you'd better hope you get exactly what you're expecting, because their customer service and commitment to their products is horrendous.I ordered blinds for various windows and a patio door in Spring of 2022. They sent out both a designer, and an installer to measure for the blinds, and they were to be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. After 2 months, I was notified that the installation would be delayed until August because there was no hardware included with the order.When the blinds were installed in August, despite having two separate individuals come for measurements, all the valance heights were hung at very different levels to each other, and there was no standard between them. The valance in the living room is in line with the window frame. The valance in the dining room is THREE AND A HALF INCHES above the window frame.Despite the lack of quality in the installation, I contacted Home Depot to request that they only fix or replace the blinds in the dining room that were hung absurdly high, almost at the ceiling height. In spite of many contacts with the installer, the design expert and a home depot customer service representative, they all passed off responsibility, promised to have someone in management call me, and never followed through. A year later, my dining room blind still sits just off the ceiling.
