Went there today for wedding dress shopping and had nothing but a great experience! The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. I wasn't expecting to find my dream dress so quickly, but I did!
The prices are also very affordable and budget-friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews unless I am truly wowed by the service—highly, highly recommended!

I've had nothing but great experiences with the store!
My experience with them goes back to quite a few years ago when I visited the store with a teenager with very limited budget and multiple barriers. They spent time with her to make sure they understood what she was looking for and went above and beyond to make her princess dreams come true.
I was back again a couple years later to purchase a bridesmaids dress for myself, who has no interest in wearing a dress at all. They made sure I feel confident in a dress and did not try to rush a sale. I ended up ordering a dress that fits my style well and also got my alteration done with them.
We came back again this year to shop for one of my bridesmaids. They were extremely patient and professional and helped my expecting/ newborn mom bridesmaid find the right dress that checks every box she was looking for
They also rushed to help when my other bridesmaid who ordered from another store in a different city received the wrong order.
Would highly recommend this store for anyone who's looking for great service.

This place was awesome, we came in for prom dresses and we’re from out of province but Carla gave us so much personalized attention that made us feel extremely special <3
She gave us great, honest opinions on all of the dresses and didn’t try to push anything on us, 10/10 experience, would love to come here again

We had an excellent experience shopping for a grad dress. The lady was patient, friendly and made our daughter very comfortable. We were not rushed, she allowed her to express herself about each dress and we left with a beautiful gown. Well worth the flight from Alberta! Highly recommend

I had the opportunity to meet Carla who helped me try on many dresses and actually allowed me to figure out what I wanted in a dress. Even though I ended up going with a different dress, this experience was the best when it came to customer experience. She wasn't pushy at all, didn't mind that I was indecisive and allowed me to try on veils and jewelry as well. It was actually fun compared to other places where I felt overwhelmed and pressured to making a decision right away. It's very hard to find great people like her as an employee!!

Natalie is an angel. I cannot say enough nice things about her. Is there a character limit on Google Reviews?
Not just in her field (which she excels at) but genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Made me feel so welcome and accommodated everything I asked for. Didn’t flinch with any of my insecurities, concerns, particulars, etc. I didn’t think there was such a thing as a dream wedding dress shopping experience, I thought the pressure would make sure it was somewhat stressful, but I actually had FUN. She literally took all of my stress away. Was so understanding and flexible with budget that I broke down in tears at how incredibly nice she was. Wish I could give 10 stars. 15 stars. A million stars.
You can tell from the second she greets you that it’s not just a job to her. She genuinely wanted me to have everything I wanted for my wedding, and thanks to her, I do. She literally was there for me at all hours of the day, gave me a personal number to text, told me she was happy to help even outside of business hours, and she was. I would have felt bad because of how much I bothered her, but she’s so wonderful there’s just no way to feel bad around her. She wouldn't let me feel guilty no matter how ridiculous I was being. She worked tirelessly for me and as I’m sure many brides understand, that means everything to me. The definition of above and beyond. You just want to be her friend. Seriously, book your bridal appointment here, and when you do, request her. I guarantee you won’t regret it.
For reference, this is not just a lucky good experience. I went to plenty of other bridal stores, and there were plenty of great people who were experts at their job. Natalie just blows them out of the water. It’s not even close.
I cannot thank you enough, Natalie. I will be making sure my bridesmaids come to you, and will be telling your name to every single person who will listen. Any evening wear needs that come up in my life will be sent to you without hesitation. Once again, thank you!!

Amazing staff. Carla and Natalie gave me exceptional service and helped me find the most perfect dress for my graduation. they were so helpful and kind with no pressure and wanted to make sure i was happy with my decision. i would recommend their service to anyone looking for formal dresses.

Great selection of dresses and the best customer service I've found (both in Toronto and Vancouver). I'm allergic to the overly dramatic bridal culture and the exaggerated emotions that come with it. Every other store I went to either didn't accept walk-ins, or turned me off with their approach to the whole bridal dress shopping experience. I was just looking for a mature, calming approach without being chased around the store and allowed to browse at my leisure.
God bless this store and Natalie. I need multiple dresses for different ceremonies (and different weddings to attend as a guest). I am going to find them all at this store. I already found and bought the first dress in my first trip here. The experience was just so lovely. Natalie is helpful, accommodating, non-pushy, she really read my vibe and adapted my experience to it.

After having very disappointing experiences at other stores on Saturday with "true to size" items not fitting even 2 to 3 sizes up my kiddo decided to give grad dress shopping one more try. We decided to try Tiffany's Vancouver Bridal and I am ever so glad we did. Natalie was empathetic and sincere & my teen felt validated. Even though we showed up near the end of the day, Natalie didn't rush us and made sure to ask all the right questions during the entire time we were shopping. We want to thank Natalie for being such an amazing person! Ten out of ten, we would highly recommend.

Walked in without an appointment Natalie was awesome. Even though she had 2 other clients, she did help me. When her clients left, she was all hands on deck. So attentive. I think I tried on 50 dresses ?. Natalie was professional and I did not feel rushed.I could have tried on another 50! So many beautiful selections. Wide range of styles and prices. I had a great experience and found a beautiful dress to wear to my sister’s wedding.
