First time set foot inside. Managed to get 2 mini Cat Nips for my baby Tabby cat ( Kiwi ). Great staffs, very friendly and clean store. Love the Still Creek Stream next to it parkade. Very Serene and ZEN peaceful area. Love the store!

Great selection of treats, toys, clothes & did for dogs. It looks like a good selection of the same for cats, birds, rodents and reptiles, but I only have dogs, so this is what I look at.

I've always had the most wonderful experience at Tisol! Every staff member is friendly and genuine. I'm always greeted with a happy hello, and asked if I need help finding anything. They also have an amazing return policy for dog food. I've had a tough time finding food my dog will eat, and they've been super helpful during this time! I'm super grateful to have found Tisol?

Great, personalized service. We had to find new dog food for our dog’s specific needs and they spent over 20 minutes helping us find and assess options. We loved the old fashioned quality service and will definitely be returning to the store.

10/10 awesome dog grooming by Aleesia (Fluff That grooming) every time for my two dogs. Amazing store, comparable prices to other pet stores. Amazing selection of treats, food, dog beds and doggy jackets. Staff are always happy and respectful

We came here to use the dog washing station. The staff was friendly and the facility clean. Lots of towels really helped make drying our dog easy. Definitely recommended.

Super friendly, helpful staff..Store is very big with lots of selection ~ doesn't feel cluttered.Pet wash station was amazing ~ clean with fresh towels & lots of shampoo choices.
