Kind and friendly and helpful. I've taken up a new brand of cat food (Weruva) and I'm hoping it will get to the promoters that the chunky pumpkin, and grandma's chicken soup to possiblyl be available in larger cans in the near future.

Got this new raincoat for my dog.
I wasn’t 100% sure about the size, but the staff insured me that I can return it if it’s in the original packaging.
Fortunately it is a perfect size!

Community space and events is fun, they can special order things they might not stock regularly, I've been special ordering lava ledges for my rats and bought a bunch of supplies for them here. They also have a cat adoptions room. Also a vet inside but not part of the business, but it's still convenient.

I really think Tisol needs to have a price match guarantee on their products. They charge $20 more than any other store for the natures miracle cat litter 18lb. I don't mean to give a negative review because the lady was really nice about the situation, but I work in retail and price matching is pretty standard in retail.

Friendly, helpful staff. We were there a day after their anniversary giveaway and got a huge goodie bag of free samples for our dog and cats. Lots of nice local product as well.

This is the best Tisol store I ever been. Their cat tree selection is magnificent. And I got the best Marina glass Betta square tank that I can find nowhere else. Very unique warehouse like store with interesting outlet. Dog walking best store.
