I bought a new swimwear by Funky Trunks from Topdrawers. It is very Gorgeous, The colors are so vibrant, I love the colors and style. I have more than 16 swimwears in my collection from Speedo, Diesel and Olympia but In my opinion , Funky Trunks has Better Quality, Nice Design and Good - Looking, I love them . I hope that you will bring New Collection Artist Series by Funky Trunks, as soon as possible. Thank you for fast shipping, I highly recommend this online store.

I love this store. I've gone there several times. They have a great selection of men's underwear. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'll continue to go to Top Drawers and recommend it to friends. Thank you so much and keep up the great work ❤️

Called from Calgary to purchase a gift certificate for a birthday gift. The person on the phone was so helpful and really wonderful. It was such an easy process. So excited for the birthday boy to do a little shopping.

Generally speaking a well curated selection and well managed to keep pricing overall stable as possible. The new location manages to keep their diverse product catalog organized and presented very well... And given the growing number of brands that they're carrying, extremely well.The staff can generally put hands on anything within seconds, have been known to demonstrate that they too wear what they sell (demonstrating the layering effect of a particular product they sell in a very tasteful and professional manner I must add).This is where brick and mortar works... They are a wealth of underwear and related knowledge!They can often refer to other experiences they have with other customers when they know it would benefit you... they're not afraid to steer you away from something they don't feel would work.They've taking risks with new lines.. even one with a local designer involved... And have dropped ones that decided to go elitist in pricing... What was it dirty swine I think it was called? I have been a big fan for the longest time and I've never had a reason not to recommend them to anyone. If you're not feeling that you're finding what you want there then you didn't talk to the staff that's what they're there for... I bet you that if they tried to help you and he couldn't by the time you come in the store next I'll probably have something you'll really want.Just remember...underwear changed the human condition... It's invention increased the human lifespan... and seems to me that I should invest in the foundations of what I wear, because If I'm not paying for something that supports me right, it's a painful misery.If your junk be supported properly, you feel better. Topdrawers has everything you need to make your junk happy!

Been to this store multiple times and the guy at the front desk was not very nice lmao. Barely greeted us, did not make eye contact, super short and cold. Like at least pretend like you want to be there haha???

The bald guy selling there is rude and has a bad attitude. Don’t understand why staff behaves this way, it’s like they don’t want to sell. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. . I had the intention of purchasing 2 items I saw on their website but waited over 10 minutes after walking into the store for one of the two employees busy chatting behind the counter to offer help, but too little too late. I walked out with nothing. Your loss, not mine. Take some customer service training and drop the attitude!

Nice selection but absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. If you want to be ignored and then get attitude, this is your place. I went in with the intention of finding something from their website but was ignored for over 10 minutes while the 2 employees chatted behind the counter. They can take their overpriced jocks and attitude and stick it!
