They used substandard materials for my poster order, which lacked durability and looked very unprofessional. As a non-native visiting Vancouver for a conference—a fact they were aware of—they likely felt comfortable to sabotage my poster, knowing I had little recourse. This was a shameful and unacceptable act on their part.

The TPH Hornby branch consistently does an incredible job with our print orders, even for our rush orders. The whole team is friendly, professional, and really goes the extra mile to help us out. Highly recommend!

I have used The Printing House for various jobs across the country. I am consistently impressed by their communication and the service they offer. I am part of a small team with limited design support. TPH has often stepped in to make sure we are getting exactly what we want. They are also quick! Which is always appreciated.
