I highly recommend Sylvie and her team at TPH West Broadway! I had a wonderful experience ordering an event banner from her. She was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout the entire process. Sylvie managed the order flawlessly, and the event banner turned out perfectly. One of the best local printers, quality products & doesn't matter what your needs are; one page or multiple pages. My pages came out clean & clear, being submitted for govt/medical forms so imperative the printing/photos be easy to read.Staff are very helpful & always ask if your pages need the be collated, stapled, etc. Wish I'd known and/or used this company for documents after my husband passed away - and ironically, I needed to PROVE he was dead....they probably knew before me!The govt offices were annoying, ignorant, insensitive and at one point on the phone became threatening.Next time, even if I have to travel across town I'm getting my copying done at The Printing House. Thank you for your help!

Sylvie and her team at TPH on West Broadway are amazing! They turned around business cards for me in 48 hours, without a design file just logo and info! I cannot be happier with their service and recommend them highly!

Sylvie and her team did fantastic job on our wedding invitations. I visited a few print shops before hers, trying find a good fit, and I’m so glad I held out for TPH. Sylvie gave me some really positive, helpful feedback, that really helped to pull the invitations together. They were fast and reasonably priced. And I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. I highly recommend this print shop!

Here I was, in Vancouver, 4:15 on a Tuesday, totally out to lunch, needing a poster printed and delivered to downtown Toronto by 8:30 AM Vancouver time the next day. Toronto stores were closed. I called TPH on Broadway and found Sylvie, my new guardian angel. She was so positive, helpful, and 'can do' about my situation, took the time to clearly lay out the details required to make this happen, and followed up a couple of times outside of work hours just to make sure everything was ok. Needless to say our order was printed perfectly and delivered on time in Toronto due to Sylvie's efforts, as well as the teamwork across the country by the TPH team. I've had situations like this so many times before where you get a 'well it's really your problem - you're the one who's late' from companies, but TPH was so incredibly helpful and focused on enabling our success.Thanks to all of you, and especially Sylvie - you have a customer for life!

Absolutely incredible last minute service. When a big box store dropped the ball with my order the night before I left on a business trip, TPH turned around with lightening fast same day printing to save the day.Huge recommendation.

I was in such a bind. I had an event at 8am on Monday in Vancouver and I wasn't landing from Toronto until late on Sunday. I needed someone to help, quickly! I was so lucky to work with Sylvie, she was amazing! She called me when the first proof I sent wasn't high quality (she didn't have to do that!) she helped me with an add on to my order at the last minute. She was awesome and really made me feel at ease and in good hands. Thank you for your awesome service.

The Printing House is a fantastic company that I'd absolutely recommend, however I'd steer clear of the Broadway location. I've worked with 2 other TPH branches and found the staff to be super helpful, conscientious, and friendly, but twice now I've had negative experiences at branch 18—jobs not printed as expected, and when I reached out to the manager, she was dismissive and unhelpful.
