Really have nothing to complain about the customer services, the clerk to asign the truck was super clear about the 5W’s took pictures of the truck, did my business. Came back, the employee at the return area was really professional and polite, and was on my way around 10 minutes later.

When I rented the Truck, your payment screen had a message flash to “inquire about free boxes”. The representative said you don’t have those recycled boxes.I think you should take down the offer if you are unable to deliver on it.
