A friend asked if I could swing by to pick up something for them since they put a hold on an item and I was nearby. The cashier recognized which item it was right away when I said I was there for my friend's order. When I gave the order to my friend, the first thing they noticed was that one of the string ties attached to the product was ripped off; the product was a final sale so there were no returns or exchanges... I felt guilty that I didn't check the product properly but assumed that the employee did their due diligence when getting the product since they remembered exactly which one and "there were many in stock". I even contemplated if I needed to go back right away to get a new one since I gave my friend a broken product. Luckily my friend brought the product back and the staff were able to give them a non-defective one. Just wished that the staff did their due diligence the first time regardless of how the order was placed. The product did not have many parts so they would have easily noticed the broken string if they gave it even a look over....

Store was okay. Easy to navigate and look at lots of items.Homeware, mens, women’s sections. Lots to choose from.Staff at check out were nice and chatty after some small talk.

Chelsea gave me the best customer service EVER! So incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable shopping. Super attentive and so so so lovely. The place was super busy but Chelsea still made the effort to talk to me and make sure I was okay. Lovely person and will gladly come back to this store because of them!

The dressing room was an absolutely disgusting scene. Clothes piled high on top of the counter, falling onto a pile starting on the floor. The little girl helping us lost the keys to the rooms twice and had to call for 2 other girls to come upstairs to help her find them in her pile of excess clothes. While doing so, she was dragging around my overalls all over the floor collecting dust. Needless to say I didn’t end up feeling comfortable to try the dusty clothes on.

I ordered a Smoko light online and had it picked up in store. The process was smooth. When I got there they handed me the bag with the product inside, and I happily went home. I opened up the bag to find a product that was clearly opened before. The packaging is ripped apart and shouldn't even be on the shelf for sale. The fact that they didn't inform me before I went home was very disappointing. They could have picked up another one for me as the online store states there's tons in stock.

If UO poorly packages your order and ships it broken and damaged (no fault of the courier), the customer will still be on the hook for the original shipping costs when the item is returned (even when returning in-person). Losing almost 35% of the invoiced amount due to something that was the fault of UO with no recourse is a terrible way to punish your customers for no reason. 3 star rating given because staff are wonderful in person and there are always good deals and in-store shopping experiences (due to great store layout). Please alter your return policy to ensure you’re not punishing customers for the scenario that I found myself in yesterday. I’m sure it’s quite common!

Awful. Bought a necklace online for an in-store pick up from this location. Arrived at the store and they didn't have the necklace in stock. To make matters worse, they threw a completly different necklace in my bag, so if I hadn't checked it on the way out, I would have left with a necklace I did not order. Get it together.
