Really wish I could give less than 1 star!I recently purchased a pair of pants from this store for 10% off. Went back to return them and they said exchange only as they were a sale item. Well seeing as the pants were already full price again, decided to exchange them, pay the difference, and return the full price pants.The associate had told me he processed the refund and watched me walk away with zero pants. Just for me to realize the next day that I was not issued a refund. When I went in today I was told because they made an “exception” to do an exchange that no refund was to ever happen (I know that they know I was under the understanding I was being refunded the full price pair). I am now down a full price pair of effortless pants without the pants. Not sure why the associate would lead me to believe I was being refunded (also he did nothing to make me think I was taking the other pair home with me, didn’t even take the security tag off, lol) and then completely rip me off like this. It’s very obvious that something very shady happened here. I have gotten zero apologies from the store manager either, just a lot of back talk from her. Happy the concierge is here to help! I am honestly baffled by this experience!

Out of all the Aritzia-related stores, this one by far has the nicest, most helpful, most mature and most professional staff. So I always call or order items through this location if possible. I've come to not expect the best service at other Aritzia locations; staff from other stores should be sent to this one for training!

I've visit Wilfred at this location a couple time this last year. Staffs are very helpful and willing to help when needed. Quick and efficient on the return and delivery. One of my favorite store.

Called the store and spoke with Simona. She was so kind and helpful. She was able to order an item for me with another store. It was honestly the kind of experience I always hope for at Aritzia but sometimes don’t have. She is wonderful and even though I am in Ontario, I may continue to reach out to her because she was so incredible.

Curvy girl shopper here who usually has a horrendous time with sizes and help. I just had such a lovely experience at this Wilfred store searching for a last minute dress for a wedding. Ping helped me in the morning and put the dress on hold for me and when I returned emily and Talia engaged with me and asked questions to help figure out what other dresses they might be able to pull. Thank you ladies for making this a positive experience and being gentle and kind.

I was looking for some cozy sweaters and I had a great experience shopping at Wilfred. Stephanie and Emily were excellent sales associates. They were very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Thanks ladies!

Normally when I go into these kinds of stores (aritzia, banana republic, Wilfred etc.) I have a very mediocre experience. Mostly ignored by staff, I suppose they just don’t expect me to buy anything- and so helping me/having me try on many items is pointless to them? However, I was helped right away in this store- granted it was one particularly kind woman-many of the staff did not seem interested in me whatsoever. She went well out of her way to help me, and did not seem in any way agitated that I tried so many things on without success. But in the end I found what I wanted, and probably spent too much money there. I am very grateful for her help, and it made my entire shopping trip that much better.

So happy that they finally open up a store just for this brand from aritzia! The stuff in here has such good quality and gorgeous items however be prepared to pay a high price! Quality is durable I’ve got so many items and they do last a long time!

I'll keep it simple. Rude staff. Haven't received attitude like that since High School. Used to buy most of my wardrobe from Aritzia/Wilfred. Won't be anymore.

Such rudeness. Their demeanor changes completely when you hesitate on your decision. This attitude is frankly unacceptable. Hence why I make most of purchases online.

Horrible service, clearly racist staff. I was never approached to ask if I needed help but everyone around me was. Sales staff kept ignoring me and helping others who came in. Will not return.
