I’m pretty sure I left one thing behind in my storage unit and when I came back the next day to ask if I could look into the unit to check to ensure I didn’t leave something by accident, I was flat out refused.

Very nice and accommodating staff. My place got water damage from the unit above and I had to move out for repairs. I decided to go with Yaletown mini storage after a friend recommended them and since it’s a 5 min drive. Had a great experience so far!

I had a water leaked in my unit that caused a lot of stress and I google the first place closer to me. It was a pleasure to have Oliver be extremely attentive in helping find the right storage and reserve it for me.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Yaletown mini storage. Due to a leak in my home I had to up and move on a whim.
I initially called to inquire about prices and that’s when I first spoke to Oliver. He was so kind, patient and willing to help. Of course I had no idea how much space I would need or the measurements of any of my belongings. I was expecting to speak to someone who would understandably be annoyed with that lol but Oliver wasn’t at all. He was so nice and was able to confidently tell me exactly what I would need.
When I did come for a viewing, I then met Chris who was also just as kind and helpful. He went out of his way to show me multiple options and help me pick the best one.
Aside from the amazing customer service— something I truly value at any establishment— the prices at this place are beyond affordable. Basically half of what I was expecting to pay. Which is shocking considering the location is right in Yaletown.
I never write reviews, but in this case, I absolutely had to. Especially if anyone else who may find themselves in my position, or something similar, can feel confident coming here.
