Visited the store to buy a bag, while buying the bag, the cashier didn’t ask if I needed an email receipt or a paper one, and gave me a paper one, after the payment, I threw off the receipt.
Then the guard asked me proof of the purchase and the other store rep started asking me for the receipt and then made me wait at the door, as I asked him to confirm with the cashier.
Even after that he comes back and starts asking me for the receipt again, I ask him what the cashier said about the purchase, and he didn’t reply to that, and just said that no worries it was just a “routine” check, and “you can go”, lol.
Then I got back and realized the cashier hadn’t even removed the paper packing inside the bag.
Horrible Experience to say the least.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
On August 1st, I made a purchase at the Zara store on Robson Street in Vancouver and immediately requested a refund at the same store. However, the refund has not been processed yet. The store manager, Jannin, provided me with a refund receipt and a phone number, instructing me to contact the number if the refund was not processed.
I called the number and explained my situation. The representative assured me that they would send an email, and I received a case number via email, asking me to contact Zara through chat. I have repeated this process more than four times, yet I still have not received my refund.
I am extremely frustrated with your brand, and I have no patience left. Due to my busy schedule, I cannot keep calling, and when I visited the store again in mid-August, the manager told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact customer service.
I am beyond upset, and I demand my $150 refund immediately. I will never shop at Zara again. It is now September 13th, and it has been one month and ten days since I requested my refund. There has still been no resolution. Please resolve this matter urgently.

Today I went and bought 2 items … the cashier asked my number so I can get my receipt … it happened so fast that I just realized I wanted the receipt printed ….
I was a nice an polite customer and I asked her if was possible to print it … this girl got mad at me and was giving me a hard time about it … saying that it may take long, that why i did not say this before … bla bla bla … she was basically being mean …
If you are working just do your job ! If a customer makes a mistake !! Just do your job whit-out complaining … And common sense … if you don't like to do what you do ! Change your job ! But don't give a hard time to the customers !
Zara ! Your employees need to be trained ! The customer always will have the reason !!

I love coming on to Zara for shopping.
Unfortunately costumer service at this location is terrible, I’m surprised on how incredibly impolite and not welcoming the staff is here.
Everything seemed organized rather than the last time I visited so a star for that one!.

Unpleasant and rude employees, from not greeting but just a cold stare when walking in, to giving a bad look when I did not want to give my number for the receipt, not even returning a simple “thank you, goodbye” when leaving.
Makes you feel bad to shop there.

0 stars if I could. I shop here very often, customer service was never the best but today had a horrible experience. I bought some pants a couple weeks ago that I didnt' try on in the store. when I brought them home they were super see through so I folded them back up and popped them in the bag until I was able to make it in to return. I guess the the pants I bought were a return from someone else and the tag was tied back on, which I didn't notice because I didn't try them on in store. The manager came and said that the pants have been worn and they can't return. After telling them they have literally been sitting in a bag for 2 weeks, he was rude and dismissive and was treating me as is I worn these pants for days, tied the tag back on, and came to return. He then just walked away. Won't be shopping here anymore.

Very bad customer service and poor management!! I tried to return an online purchase and they were going to give me the store credit for the amount of 1/3 of the price I paid (even though I had the receipt) because it was on sale when I was returning it. And when I asked would you pay me more if the price was higher, the manager threatened me not to help me at all! I’ve never seen such an unprofessional and rude manager before! I would give them no stars if I could!
