Hmm.....looking for someone to complete my Income Tax Return forms. Was considering going with H. & R. Block but following a read of reviews from past clients, I'm not sure whether to trust this business.

Lady at counter was nice...we always use H & R Block, no problems they always do their job well.

Was not open on days the website and there door said. Waited days to get a young person in for their first tax return, and was told they couldnt help them as they are not an existing customer. Lady was rude and unprofessional.Not sure how they intend to get new customers, turbotax is a way friendlier way to do your taxes.

Absolutely horrible service. I’ve used H&R Block for a couple years now but due to my move I had to use a new location. The entire place smells like cigarettes it’s disgusting. It’s supposed to be same day I walked in there on a Thursday told them that I want to cash back. Came back the next day sat down and was told because of my moving expenses I couldn’t do cash back. I wanted to pay with my return and I ended up owing these people money and now have to wait forever for my tax return. Horrible communication. Serious lack of care. Worst H&R Block ever.

I had great previous experiences with H and R Block. When I moved to Vanderhoof, this office is the worst one. I have had mistakes every year in my tax returns dealing with them. I am done with them and moving on to another company. Don't use this office, it will only cost you money to pay for an inaccurate tax return. And you will likely owe money or pay a second time to fix their mistakes.

Been going there since 2012 and they screwed everything up and made me owe a lot of monies it's a huge mess because they never filed me as common-law.
